Nomentral: Trustless Land Registry & RealFi Collateral Rails

Problem

Nigeria loses $100M+ annually to land fraud. Banks reject land collateral due to unverifiable titles, leaving $60B in "dead capital" locked out of the economy.

Solution

Nomentral creates a government-aligned registry on Cardano. We use CIP-68 and Atala PRISM to anchor land titles, making them fraud-proof and bankable for RealFi protocols.
