Does your project have any dependencies on other organizations, technical or otherwise?
Yes
Describe any dependencies or write 'No dependencies'
Blockfrost: Used as a data provider for network metrics. Our existing dashboard uses it to display snapshots like Circulating Supply, Active Stake, and Live Stake. This project will enable us to use our indexed data to power new graph analytics for protocol metrics over time. EchoFeed: Our existing price feed infrastructure. This project uses it as the source for pricing data displayed within the dashboard
Will your project's outputs be fully open source?
Yes
Please provide details on the intellectual property (IP) status of your project outputs, including whether they will be released as open source or retained under another licence.
The base site's frontend code will be made available in an open-source repository with an MIT license. However, for this project, the EchoFeed user management system and backend analytics API we are integrating will remain private.
Please choose the most relevant theme and tag related to the outcomes of your proposal
Education
Describe what makes your idea innovative compared to what has been previously launched in the market (whether by you or others).
While previous projects have successfully delivered individual analytics tools, our idea is innovative because it consolidates these fragmented data points into a single, all-in-one solution for the entire community. We are moving beyond simple metric displays by integrating advanced graph analytics capabilities directly into our existing dashboard. This transforms raw, disjointed data into a clear, visual, and interactive narrative of Cardano's ecosystem health and progress, providing a unified reference point that has not been available before.
Describe what your prototype or MVP will demonstrate, and where it can be accessed.
Our project enhances our already publicly deployed and accessible dashboard at https://dashboard.waexservices.com/. The new functionalities will evolve the platform from a basic data display to a more powerful analytics platform. Users will be able to interact with new, detailed graph visualizations for key protocol metrics like TPS over time, alongside existing GitHub contributions data and pricing data for relevant pairs. The enhanced dashboard will include an integrated user management system and remain accessible at its public URL, serving as a live, unified resource for the entire Cardano community to track ecosystem growth.
Describe realistic measures of success, ideally with on-chain metrics.
Our primary measure of success will be new user registrations for our dashboard service. This is the most relevant metric to track because it is solely focused on number of users expressing interest into the insights and tools available on the platform.
Please describe your proposed solution and how it addresses the problem
As we enter an era of global crypto adoption, the ecosystems that will thrive are those that can clearly communicate their progress, health, and value. Success requires a unified reference point that consolidates key metrics into a single and reliable source of truth. Without this, understanding the ecosystem's growth becomes fragmented and unclear, making informed participation and accountability more difficult.
We are not starting from scratch; we are evolving our currently deployed dashboard at https://dashboard.waexservices.com/, which has already integrated GitHub contribution metrics, relevant trading pairs from decentralized exchanges, and the display of basic protocol information, into this definitive community information hub.
Our proposal addresses this by significantly enhancing our existing platform. We are building upon our foundation to integrate a user management system and develop advanced graph analytics, transforming the dashboard from a static display into a dynamic tool for exploration. This enhanced dashboard will provide a clear visual narrative of Cardano's progress, from granular protocol data to broader ecosystem trends.
It will serve as a key community resource for transparency and insight, offering both a high-level overview and the detailed data-driven clarity that developers, DReps, and stakeholders need to engage meaningfully with the network's growth.
Please define the positive impact your project will have on the wider Cardano community
The outcome of this project will be our enhanced, publicly accessible dashboard, already live at https://dashboard.waexservices.com/. This upgrade will deliver a clear and reliable analytic ecosystem hub for the Cardano community.
The integration of advanced graph analytics transforms the dashboard from a passive data display into an active, foundational resource. It creates a clear pathway for engagement: by first providing unified insights into Cardano's growth, the dashboard becomes a vital tool for developers, DReps, and stakeholders. This empowers the community to make more informed decisions and fosters a deeper, more transparent understanding of the network's health and progress, strengthening the entire ecosystem.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
We demonstrate a high degree of feasibility through our team's proven track record, existing functional infrastructure, and a well-defined scope of work. Wolfram Blockchain Labs has not only designed but has already successfully deployed the live dashboard that this project will enhance, providing concrete evidence of our technical capability in aggregating complex blockchain data and delivering a user-facing product.
Our approach is low-risk because we are building upon a stable, operational foundation. The core components are already in place and functioning. This project focuses on adding advanced graph analytics. This is a logical and contained evolution of our existing work.
Furthermore, our team possesses direct, verifiable experience in delivering similar Cardano-focused tools and integrations. This established competency, combined with a clear and realistic milestone plan, ensures we can meet the technical requirements and delivery timeline with a high degree of confidence and accountability

Please provide a cost breakdown of the proposed work and resources
The budget has been allocated across four distinct milestones, reflecting a focused scope to enhance our existing dashboard.
Milestone 1: Open Source Template Implementation is budgeted at 5,000 ADA. This covers the work to implement, adapt, and document the open-source API template from our GitHub repository, making a foundational component available to the community.
Milestone 2: User Management System Integration is budgeted at 13,000 ADA. This includes the development required to integrate the existing CCDB system, defining access control levels, building the authorization matrix, implementing user profiles, and developing the role assignment and management functions.
Milestone 3: Analytics API V2 & Advanced Metrics Development represents the largest share of the cost at 70,000 ADA. This covers the extensive backend work, including database refactoring, new endpoint development, integration with our blockchain indexers, and the creation of advanced metrics to power the new graph analytics.
Milestone 4: Frontend Enhancement & Dashboard Deployment is budgeted at 40,000 ADA. This includes the frontend development to integrate the new graph visualizations, and deploy the fully enhanced and stable dashboard.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Cardano ecosystem?
The cost represents good value for money because it directly addresses a well-defined ecosystem need for a unified, reliable source of Cardano metrics and delivers a practical enhancement to our existing solution. While individual data points are available elsewhere, our project transforms this fragmented information into a cohesive, visual narrative of ecosystem health and progress.
The project budget is efficient and realistic for the scope of technical work. We are executing with an experienced development team at competitive rates, ensuring a professional-grade outcome. The budget allocation reflects the substantial technical complexity of the backend API development and advanced analytics in Milestone 3, as well as the comprehensive frontend integration and deployment in Milestone 4. By building upon our established, deployed dashboard and open-source components, we avoid redundant costs and deliver focused, high-impact enhancements. This approach combines a clear community need with cost-effective development, offering strong value and a durable resource for the Cardano ecosystem.
