Problems wif Web 2.0 Adult content
What exactly will you build? List the Compact contract(s) and key functions/proofs, the demo UI flow, Lace (Midnight) wallet integration, and your basic test plan.
The project as a prototype is already built with two Compact contracts that compile and run with a React UI and with Lace Midnight wallet integration.
Future work will include exploration of simplified encryption schemes and making use of native Midnight encryption mechanisms, IPFS integration, and incorporating the browser's native capabilities to stream encrypted content.

The dapp employs a novel architecture featuring two contracts each specialized for their purposes as opposed to a more common pattern of having one contract. I feel this design aligns with relational database theory by creating a table for entities that are unbounded

The problem is that purchasing adult content is a sensitive matter and buyers prefer privacy but regulation requires that buyers are above 18. Midnight offers the necessary tools to keep the identity of buyers private while still complying with regulation. Additionally midnight's cross chain interoperability make the platform available to the entire crypto ecosystem.

Previous Layer 1 blockchain successes were defined by the success of a viral DApp built on top of them that leveraged the underlying merits of the Layer 1. Ethereum had AMMs that leveraged programmability and Solana had meme coin launchpads that leveraged fast finality. Similarly the goal is to build a dapp that leverages the merits of the underlying Layer 1, in this case privacy, so that both the Dapp and Layer 1 can prosper.
What is your capability to deliver your project with high levels of trust and accountability? How do you intend to validate if your approach is feasible?
I already have a prototype that was entered into the Midnight Summit Hackathon. It compiles and that has a React UI that connects with the Lace Midnight wallet. Progressing with the project involves finding capable teammates and working closely with the Midnight engineers to explore Midnight's capabilities.

The cost breakdown of the proposed work is labor for 3 months that includes deep research and execution to turn a Midnight summit hackathon prototype into a minimal viable product that is deployed on Midnight mainnet.
How does the cost of the project represent value for the Midnight ecosystem?
My intention is to turn this into a revenue generating profitable business in which case the value speaks for itself. If however, there is no market for the product then the project at the very least will exercise and document novel use cases of Midnight and demonstrate alternative project architectures for later developers.
