D Timestamped Registration System

DTRS is a simple and secure Dapp which gives as many people as possible the opportunity to register patents, ideas, etc. on the blockchain.

We are a team of project managers, engineers and devs long involved in project development and tech industry and BC in Nigeria and Africa.

Decentralized Timestamped Registration System (DTRS) uses Cardano as a utility platform allowing anyone to register, anchor and then prove his ownership about any kind of document, for a very small cost.

This might be especially useful for :
- Patents,
- Articles,
- Research papers,
- etc.

Individuals or companies could be able to upload their own documents or to use the online editor we will provide them to create a hash and then anchor it within Tx metadata on the Cardano Blockchain.

Planning and Analysis phases have been initiated.

We will use the community support/fund to develop a fully functional prototype and test/implement it by Q2.

The idea for this MVP is to have a functional UI (website) where people can either :
- download their documents if they already know what format is necessary.
- fill-up an online template which will guide them to give all required information regarding International patent submission rules.

Then the document will go through an Hash algorithm and the Hash will will anchored on-chain as a tx metadata.

A verification/authentication tool will also be available on the UI.

As for storage, we also want to propose two options :
- Self storage so our UI is only use to anchor the doc Hash onchain
- Storage solution (to be further investigated at this stage)
