Cardano Mobile App

A Mobile App to educate on Project Catalyst, manage tasks for roles being worked on. Members will be rewarded with Catalyst tokens.

Product Overview
We aim to build a mobile app for iOS and Android that will provide the growing Cardano community with a structured introduction to Project Catalyst. Communicate timelines and roles available and opportunites to help proposers.
Members will be able to communicate directly in the app and work together to keep improving the Cardano ecosystem.
Catalyst tokens will be awarded for activites which pool operators accept as payment for transaction fees at a later date.

Target Market
Our target market first and foremost is anyone in the existing Cardano ecosystem - we want to build a one stop shop for everything Cardano and Project Catalyst is just one area this proposal will focus on.
User Acquisition
We will start with targeted ads on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc.
Besides running ads, we will also be building community engagement through other platforms such as Cardano Forums, Cardano Meetups and Clubhouse.
Fund allocation
Funds will be allocated as follows:

• Development costs: 35%
• Marketing costs: 5%
• Management costs: 45%
• Infrastructure: 15%
• Roadmap
  Month 1:
  - Have working prototype deployed on TestFlight for beta testing
  - Start compiling list of people interested in the app
  - Begin to build commercial relationships on social media with pool operators for Catalyst Tokens
  - Start to set up staging and production server environments
  Month 2
  - Finalized app will be released on TestFlight for final beta testing and bug fixing
  - Reach out to compiled list of users for early sign-up and beta
  - Finalize commercial relationships and sign agreements with stake pool operators
  - Finish production server environment and harden servers
  Month 3
  - Release version 1.0.0 of Cardano Mobile on iOS App Store
  - Begin advertising
  - Onboard new project Catalyst members as early adopters to Cardano Mobile
  - Deploy final production server infrastructure

• User acquisition: 1,000 users in the first 3 months
• Development: Bi-weekly updates to the app with release notes sent to users
• Marketing: Increase conversions to participating members from ads and social engagement.
• Management: 10% of stake pool operators on Cardano Mobile in the first 3 months
