Influencer Marketing Smart Contract

We are creating a platform where companies and influencers can easily create smart contracts on the Cardano Blockchain.

We have three programmers. Two have front-end experience, two have back-end experience, and one has limited experience with Ethereum dapps.

We are creating a two sided marketplace where influencers and companies can initiate, negotiate, create, and execute smart contract agreements.

There are already thousands of these agreements created each day, but they are incredibly inefficient. They require manual verification of the company, then are typically paid out on Paypal, anywhere from a week to 45 days later.

A large majority of these contracts are extremely similar, and can easily be templatized to allow quick and scalable contract creation. Once the influencer and company negotiate basic terms of their agreement (price, deadline, post content, etc.), a smart contract will be created for this agreement.

This smart contract will pull data from Instagram, and once the influencer posts the sponsored content the funds will quickly and automatically be transferred. By improving this process with smart contracts, influencers and companies will streamline the process of making and accepting payments which will allow more deals to be done.
