By 2024, the net worth of the Blockchain market is expected to be around $20 billion. Today, 69% of banks are adopting Blockchain technology to add extra layers of security and to make their services hassle-free.

The goal of this project is to incentivize developers to join the Cardano ecosystem by showing them there is a marketplace ready to pay for the skills they are about to learn.

To achieve that I will build a marketplace like Upwork or Freelancer.com but only for Cardano related skills.

This would be a huge motivator for developers to start learning and building on Cardano. That's because they would know there is a market ready to pay for those skills. Think of companies and non-technical individuals who are looking for developers to build them smart contracts, NFTs, escrows, tokenize physical assets, etc.

As 101blockchains.com points out, by 2024, the net worth of the Blockchain market is expected to be around $20 billion.

With the abaility to build native tokens (already live) and the coming option to build smart contracts (once Goguen is deployed on mainnet later this year), Cardano should be able to grab at leat 25% to the total blockchain market. That would be a $5 billion market for developers that have Cardano programming skills.

- UI design: USD $3500

- Logo design: USD $200 * we will run a contest among members of the Cardano community. The winner design gets USD $200 paid in ADA.

- Server: USD $1000 * this covers the server for 2 years.

- Marketplace MVP development: USD $15000 (750 hours of work at a cost per hour of USD $20)
