A website with breakout rooms where ideas for Dapps can be shared with programmers and programmers of various skills can tutor one another.

As an engineer for the past 20+ years and a developer for the past 2, I bring the experience of uniting a team for a common goal.

Create a website with breakout rooms for the following:

1. Concept rooms in which programmers can contact designers who put forth ideas for Dapps that may interest them.
2. Skills rooms where programmers list their level of competency, area(s) of expertise and previous software they created or helped create, so designers can match those skills and expertise to what is required to bring their ideas and/or concepts to market.
3. Tutorial rooms where programmers can share knowledge and advance one another's skills. These rooms might contain a award/penalty system to provide incentive for more skilled programmers to help less skilled programmers.

Funds will be allocated as follows (This distribution may change depending on needs):

$7000 - Smart contract creator and auditors

$5000 - Website designer

$10000 - Marketing / PR / SEO professional(s)
