Creating Governance tools to collaboratively manage ideas and tasks
Dapps connect through Cardano for built-in security and transparency
This is the total amount allocated to DAO for creating governance tools.

Plans:
The main goal of this project is to create an easily accessible open-source decentralized library where we gather documentation of ongoing tasks, proposals in the community, archived work, and notifications of current events
In reality, the project's other purpose is to enhance the collaboration with other developer communities to promote and highlight the important role of the Catalyst projects.
What benefit will this project have for the community? Having a clear, structured feed of information keeps everyone up to date with current and upcoming events while also keeping it in one source.
Information is easily accessible to developers due to the open-source documentation of all the work, so it makes their life a lot easier when they have a single place to look for required data.
Having people interact with certain topics on the feed will result in an accurate measurement of active engagement as an important key metric to analyze different proposal's success. This information can be used for future proposals so that they can improve on their work.
It also allows for an easy way to communicate with the team and other members of the community due to synchronization opportunities, improving the workflow of projects. While having information about your time and projects public could feel suspicious, the purpose of DAO is to guarantee people the best security encryptions so they feel safe and can choose who can access said information.
This idea also gives us a clear overview of how to assist with certain projects, how to find correct people for certain tasks while also helping us calculate the costs of a certain task. This will also help us get a clear overview of successful projects and the rewards for said projects, boosting the motivation of the members of the community while also promoting it to people outside of the community who use this feed.
The governance tools' success is measured by the number of active partners and users per timeframe but also the amount of data documented on the application and the flow of information. Our first goal is to have a steady growth of users of about 10% per month and having a steady flow of events/news daily.
Once the governance tools show signs of success we can start working on expanding the application to bring in people from outside of the community, making it a great way of promoting the community while also staying true to our name.
The feed could in the future also imply news and articles on other topics as well to provide value to people outside of the community, examples include marketing information, news about crypto, successful projects, successful people in the community, new activities / town-hall meetings, hackathons, etc.
Roadmap and Budget:
What we already have?
A working Dapp focused on voting and governance, a team of experts working on improving the idea regularly, meetings that focus on the issues we have previously run into, and also building up the end-goal of this project.
The roadmap is thought to begin from the moment of funding acceptance up until there are certain measurements of success.
Step 1 (1st month)
Create the governance browser application to register, create ballots, and voting (staking) while documenting everything so that future processes can rely on the open-source data.
The estimated budget for front end: 17040$
The estimated budget for the back end: 19440$
Step 2 (2nd month)
Looking up and partnering with (about 5) people who focus on using the governance tools, updating the feed, and document events. Gather a small amount (about 20) of active users who follow the feed and vote on tasks.
The estimated budget for Content creators and operational cost: 17000$
Step 3 (3rd month)
Increase the number of partners from 5 to 10 and users from 20 to 50 on the feed, so the flow of information moves more rapidly and smoothly and thus creates more value to the community.
The estimated budget for Content creators and operational cost: 17000$
Step 4 (4+ months)
Continue to monitor and grow the feed to better improve the flow of information and increase the number of active users while also documenting everything accordingly and working on feedback and support.
The estimated budget for Content creators and operational cost: 17000$
