ADA in CIS exchangers/online stores

We need to convince each exchanger and online store to use ADA on their site. It'll allow to SAVE $15-30 for every $1000 spent.

I had experience working in a call center of the bank (consultations, sales, and advertising of new products), so I can handle this task.

The ADA purchase on exchangers should be affordable in CIS countries. Currently, every user that spends $1000 on cryptocurrency purchases lost about $15-35 as a stock exchange commission [ https://imgur.com/a/Lk7oHga ]. Using exchanges can help you to SAVE $15-30 for every $1000 spent [ https://imgur.com/nvM0IqJ ]. Also, despite the large commission, there are many different online stores that accept payment in bitcoins and ETH, but there is no way to pay for goods using ADA e.g. digit.com.ua.

Why is it relevant:
About 236 million people live in the CIS countries [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth_of_Independent_States]. And those who use prevalent cryptocurrencies (bitcoin, etherium, Litecoin, Monero, etc) may not even know about the presence of ADA. Everyone who uses cryptocurrency in one way or another uses exchangers.
If there is an opportunity to purchase ADA in exchangers, it will be a good advertisement for those who did not know about it. But it will also be beneficial for existing users because they can save up to $30 for every $1000 spent ( https://imgur.com/a/PfUNk0D ). Therefore, potentially for the same amount of money, there will be an opportunity to purchase more ADA coins.

Why is it important:

These are people who buy / sell cryptocurrency and they will all be potential users of the ADA community. Now imagine that even 5% of those users will buy ADA for $1000. It will save them millions of dollars. And vice versa, it will be actual when the user wants to sell cryptocurrency.
Adding ADA to exchangers is relevant not only now, but also in the future when new people will connect to the Cardano system.
There are also stores that accept bitcoin as payment. For example, https://digit.com.ua/ https://asictrade.com/ . It would be great if people knew that it is possible to use an alternative cryptocurrency with a much lower commission.

Plan, how can we solve this problem:

1. Need to find all currently available Russian-language exchangers and online stores that accept cryptocurrency as payment. Make a list. It will take about 1.5-2 weeks. Because I will need to research sites for all CIS countries.
2. Contact the representative office of each site (by phone or by mail) and tell about the advantages of ADA coins over others, convince them to use ADA on their site. This stage will take about 1.5 - 2 months. It's a high-level estimate because at first, I need the list of the sites.
   Every week (or few days if needed) I'll share my progress with the list of the sites that agree to add ADA to their site. It's not an instant task for those sites. So, they will need some time to implement the new feature.
   For the success of my project, there will be enough agreement on their side that they will add ADA.
