LCC in Brazil for Growth and Adopt.

Key members of the Cardano community are increasingly increasing their burden of attention on various issues, at the same time we are seeing a significant inbound in community members looking for more information and support. Unfortunately, these key members of the community are unable to increase their capacity to produce and translate materials, many videos are in English which makes it even more difficult to reach this potential for non-fluent people. For the content issue, we also have a deficiency of small basic elements of visual communication that can be used to provide more information to the social accounts of community members, small formats and graphic animations that can be developed to increase engagement and reach more people for the community.
This is a small step to start a local center that aims to be a DAO center, there are several services and partnerships that can be carried out, but I am looking for a sustainable and lasting operation. We started meeting the basic needs of the community and evolving, finding the people who will be the basis for the development of a larger operation.
Key Metrics

• To better estimate the impact of these new materials, we intend to use a trackable link from bit.ly to estimate the impact of the production of these new translated materials and graphic elements.
• Compiled from produced materials and translated links for accountability to the community close to the proposal renewal date.
• At the end of the execution period, having established a team capable of delivering a substantial part of the demand.
• Look for another way to make the operation sustainable, not just depending on renovations via Catalyst, trying to reduce costs or developing more materials.

Some deliverables during this budget utilization will be relative to my negotiation and management skill, so I can only speak for myself at this moment. My role as LCC Management is to track production, provide the payments and guide these productions over the community needs. For the other roles i will seek a minimum production of 6000 words translated and at least 3 motion elements or 6 graphics per month.

I also would like to inform our community that I had a digital agency for 7 years and this demand is very common to me.

  - Inspire, guide and enable the Cardano Community to act as educators, brand ambassadors and growth accelerators.
  - leverage Cardano's big and engaged international community to promote and evolve the Cardano project
