An online course with videos that explains step by step what Catalyst is, how they can submit their proposal, how voting works, etc

13 years experience in digital marketing. I've created the Cardano Podcast and an online academy with courses about digital marketing.

According to Statitsta.com, venture capital investments amounted to 12.74 billion U.S. dollars in the internet industry in the United States as of third quarter 2020.

Project Catalyst aims to attract entrepreneurs that currently go to VCs for funding. Can you imagine what those entrepreneurs what do if they would know there is an alternative that 1. doesn't take a stake in their business and 2. is lead by a decentralized community?

They would, of course, try Catalyst to fund their project/early stage startup.It's a no brainer.

Problem is that they don't know Project Catalyst exists (they might not even know Cardano exists).

So, the first step is to get them to know about this new funding alternative called Project Catalyst and how to apply.
For that I will build a digital platform where people can go and learn about Catalyst. Tutorials showing step by step how to fund submit proposal, how to interact with the community, videos showing success stories of other teams that have been already funded in Project Catalyst.

The platform will be called WhyCardano.org and will grow, in future phases, to offer more courses and tutorials about Smart Contracts, DApps, Marlowe, Plutus and more.

- Course "Project Catalyst: Alternative to VCs Funds" * This course aims to attract entrepreneurs outside of the Cardano community who are already looking for funding elsewhere. Format: video
- Course "How to get funded by the Cardano community" * This course aims to show step by step how to submit a proposal on Project Catalyst, how to promote your proposal, what the difference is between the different 'Active Campaigns" on ideascale, how to give feedback to other proposals and how to vote.

Budget

- Website design: USD $1500

- Logo design: USD $200 * we will run a contest among members of the Cardano community. The winner design gets USD $200 paid in ADA.

- Website hosting: USD $480 * this covers the hosting for 2 years.

- Profesional form handling USD$700 * this covers the hosting for 2 years. It is important because it will allow us to know the profile of each the person that takes the course and what his/her motivation was. With this information, we will be much better equiped to run effective marketing campaigns in the future.

- Hosting of the courses on Teachable: USD $2400 * this covers the hosting for 2 years.

- Design and creation of ***Course "Project Catalyst: Alternative to VCs Funds"***: 4000

- Design and creation of ***Course Course "How to get funded by the Cardano community"***: 4000

Why am I the right person to makethis happen?

I've already done something very similar. It's just in another domain, digital marketing.
