Success in 6 months: smart contracts issues and deployed and testing on main net after lonzo drop
Success in 12 months: churches, charities and other non profit fundraisers all promoting a smart stake pool missions offering.
50k in budget would all be for smart contract development team.
I would like public launch date to be as soon as smart contracts drop on main net.

Standard stake pool attributes:

• Delegators reward % (paid to Delegators wallet)
• SPO elected reward percentage (paid to SPO wallet)
  Smart Stake pool added attributes in addition to standard:
• SPO can advertise that their pool reward margin fee they receive every epoch before distribution of remaining rewards to delegators is split automatically to an additional wallet address of the "charity" that the stake pool is donating to. This will be handled by a Umbrella-type smart contract that governs the initial registration and the terms of the smart contract upon creating the stake pool.
• Delegators can elect to also give a portion of their rewards while delegating to the Smart Stake Pool "Charity". This will also be governed by a smart contract for reward split distribution inside of a smart contract while the delegator is active in the pool.

No other funds from the 50k will be allocated to any other resources from this funding if awarded.
