French Intro to Cardano in Burkina

Create Cardano French Introductory Course Curriculum to educate young and women population in African French Speaking countries(eg. Burkina)

expert in English/French translation; strong connections in several African French Speaking countries; Contents Creation skills.

Due to language barriers and poor access to the Internet, the French community in Africa is always late to the most trending innovations. International Language Consult(ILC)will spend the funds to create Cardano French Introductory Courses, educate and provide resources to young and women population in African French Speaking countries, starting from Burkina Faso.

According to the Organization International de la Francophonie (OIF) there will be over 700 million French speakers by the year 2050, 80% of whom will live in Africa. As the continent of Africa becomes one of the world's major economies and grows in population, French will become more and more important! Cardano communities should start earlier on, to gain a foothold in this potential economic powerhouse in coming years.

ILC's goal is to train 100 people every quarter who will fully understand the basis of Cadano and how to use the platform to help develop their communities. As stated earlier, Burkina Faso will be our starting point, then we will reach out to other African French Speaking countries such as Burundi, Rwanda, Togo, Benin and more. 

Timetable and Major Milestones

1. An introductory training course to Cadano, in Blockchain technology, and learn how to grow their local community and the whole Cardano communities in Africa.

2. Social Economic Cardano discussion: create a place (physical meetings and distance learning, media and more) to motivate community interactions for a variety of subjects related to Blockchain technology and Cardano ecosystem. 

3. Participate and collaborate with a variety of Cardano events, with incentives from other Cardano communities in Africa, especially from English speaking countries, starting from Ghana and Nigeria. The two countries are not far from Burkina Faso. Help coordinate incentives to students and reward the most efficient participant in leading their local communities, schools and universities. As an example, ILC can introduce for example future trips to Cardano official events, more resources for the specific community like computers, mobile phones, paid tuition reimbursements, etc...

4. ILC will introduce an advanced Cardano training course, 1 year after the start of the introductory one, in a separate funding program. ILC could introduce learning knowledge for example in the area of using GitHub and Slack as collaboration tools, Introduction to Marlowe playground, Introduction to Plutus programming language, etc.…POA would be a great resource to ILC.

Young people and women in the African French speaking countries are our priority. These countries  are far behind in terms of technology literacy, as well as the social-economic development in their communities, as compared to other countries.

Mr. NYAGATARE VALENS

An African born, and citizen of the USA for 32 years, introduced to Cardano in 2017 and became one of early investors. He is active in the Cardano community and its technology, by hosting a Cardano Meetup at St. Paul Minnesota-USA. Nyagatare is one of the original delegators to Proof of Africa (POA), an African Cardano pool.

ILC has done a great job in similar programs, such as digital training course programs. The results from these programs are outstanding, and growing exponentially. Adding Cardano to these programs would give incentive solutions, and give young people and women all the tools they need to become active members of the community.

1. Creation of free course materials and other French contents on Cadano : $6500

2. Quarterly African French speaking population's recruitments, incentives and collaboration coordination: $4500

3. Marketing campaign and branding design: 2500 USD.

4. Classrooms and Teachers: $4500
