What is Innovatio Community?

The Innovatio community is aimed at entrepreneurs and developers in the services area, the community goal is to foster mutual collaboration, the emergence of new start-ups, and the adoption of blockchain technology to different business models.

The Innovatio community has a discord server, where members can make a brief presentation of themselves, self-assign roles (area of expertise), and start an entrepreneur networking.

On the server, you will find channels oriented to show emerging projects, search for collaborations, ask for help to solve a problem, publish freelance offers, blockchain technology adoption, business educational content, etc.

Catalyst's difficulties to attract entrepreneurs/developers from outside the blockchain world.

Project Catalyst seeks to improve the quality of proposals submitted in the following Funds and increase their visibility in the entrepreneurial community.

Currently, the Project Catalyst community is not attractive to entrepreneurs and developers outside the blockchain world due to the:

1) Lack of communities focused on the implementation of blockchain technology as a business value proposition.

2) Lack of incentives to attract projects and entrepreneurs outside the blockchain world to implement this technology.

3) Lack of simple and practical content/information to guide and attract new entrepreneurs/developers.

Key features of Innovatio's Community

1. Content and daily use of social networks to encourage entrepreneurs/developers to adopt Cardano Technology and join to the Community. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

2. Interviews to Cardano community projects focused on showing the implementation of the Cardano technology as valuable implementation.

3. Community managers with general knowledge of the Catalyst ecosystem to refer members to other communities with different focus (Technical knowledge, governance, local DAOs, etc.)

4. Periodic activities in conjunction with other communities to encourage new proposals for the next Funds.

How will the Innovatio community achieve this proposal?

1) The community administrators will prepare daily multimedia content to be published on social networks, explaining blockchain technology and exemplifying it in real use cases, so the developers/entrepreneurs can see the potential and current use of this technology.

2) Discord community moderators will encourage the exchange of ideas and discussions of all kinds and guide members within the ecosystem.

3) The Innovatio community will be kept up to date with news on the development of Cardano and the activities of the other communities, to publicize them and encourage participation in the ecosystem.

4) The development of explanatory videos to understand the technology is very important to capture the attention of entrepreneurs/developers outside the ecosystem.

How does success look like?

1. Entrepreneurs and developers actively discussing business ideas and value propositions for both the ecosystem and the development of new start-ups.

2. Daily posts on social media to attract and engage new members to the community for promote and adopt the Cardano's technology.

3. Members interested in getting to know more Catalyst communities to get involved in the development of the ecosystem.

4. Periodic interviews with influencers and community projects to attract developers/entrepreneurs to use Cardano's blockchain technology.
