Small Business Case Study

I would like to work with a Small Employee Incentive Company to build a Cardano defi app and create a whitepaper documenting the process.

Former Java developer that worked in the space and has connections to several of these companies. Currently a plutus pioneer and excited!

The big issue that employee incentive companies have is "bank runs" that happen generally around the holiday season, this frustrates clients as the bills get much higher during those months. Using blockchain will enable us to create a workflow that when an employee receives a reward his/her position is calculated at the time of achieving goals and not at the time of redemption, this will make the system more sustainable than current models, and creates a more sustainable relationship between the incentives companies and their employees. Distributed systems also provide a level of audibility, integrity, and resiliency that is difficult to find in the small/medium sized businesses. 

After 3 months the problems that are best tackled by cardano technology will be identified and a paper about the process of discovering those challenges will be released to the community on a website I will build for this purpose. 

After 6 months the initial code for tackling the problems will be released on github for analysis and pull requests.

After 12 months the system will be completely built and a Case Study on the usage of Cardano in Small/Medium Businesses will be released. Including budgeting numbers, graphics, ROI, customer satisfaction, etc. 

Budget breakdown

2500 for dedicated machine for development.

2000 for project managers time to work with small businesses to define business problems and create a statement of work.

50 for Domain registration and creating the website for publishing updates. 

20450 20 hrs/week (average)  for one year at $19.66346154/hr for programming/customer relations, and writing the Case study. 

Official launch of the case study will be 1 year to the day after fund6 launch.
