Although the number of people in Taiwan following blockchain news is growing, they usually represent investors, not proposers.
We aim to build a strong local network to support the growth of the Cardano proposer community in Taiwan.
This is the total amount allocated to Taiwan Outreach.
We aim to build a strong local network to support the growth of the Cardano proposer community in Taiwan.
Our engineering team entered the blockchain space first as miners, then as investors, and now as proposers.
Goals:
To build a more active blockchain community in Taiwan, we will carry out a series of initiatives. First, we will strategically share blockchain news, with a focus on Cardano, on numerous social media channels.
Deliverables:
We will also hold three one-day events to introduce blockchain technology and the Cardano community to novice users over the next six months. We will also have a separate two-day seminar focused on proposers interested in sharing their ideas with the local Cardano community in Taiwan.
Roadmap:
- first 3 months: coordinate a one-day seminar each month
- first 6 moths: coordinate a two-day seminar for interested proposers
- after 12 months: expected to have more proposers from Taiwan to submit in future Funds
KPI:
We aim to at least 30 people attend our series of three one-day events. We would like to see a minimum of 45 people attend the two-day seminar, and 20 new proposers share their ideas in future Cardano Catalyst Funds. Â
