NFT Picture Profile AI generator

An AI text-to-image generator to automatically generate NFTs from a real profile picture morphed via keywords (sad, punk, zombie, etc...)

20+ years in software dev, M. Sc in AI (neural Nets), played with AI algos and NFT automatic generation for past 3 months on SOL/ETH.

Market: any user of Web3 App / Metaverse, or even web2 (twitter, discord...) wanting a fun picture profile (PP) of themselves matching the context. If i play a game of zombies, I d like a PP of me as a zombie, instead of a generic zombie. I can generate dozens (hundreds?) of picture profiles of myself which match moods, stories, and situations.

Product: an AI that can be called from an ADA web3 api, to generate ADA compatible NFT, all generated via an AI. Input an image of you, a few words for context (zombie, punk, etc..), your ADA public address, and accept to pay a few ADA for minting. Your PP appears at the other end of the API call.

Acquisition: First AI driven PP NFT. Drive users on low cost NFT on ADA, and make it unique (the resulting image is a morphed image of them, not generic)

Monopoly: as the network grows fast, we become the go-to platform for minting self-morphed picture profile NFTs

Funding needs: 

 - $6,000: a dedicated top range computer for generating all images live. 2xGPU RTX 3090 ; initially using a dedicated computer as an AI server, before moving to larger cloud based config later on

 - $6,000: building the AI, making it fully functional

 - $2,500: building the web3 APIs to the AI

 - $3,000: Integrating with ADALite wallet

 - $3,000: building a sample website to mint NFT from web3 API and ADALite wallet

 - $2,000: Marketing campaigns + airdrops + animating a discord channel for first 6 months

Milestones

 - [done] setup a minimal website (tachiku.com) and a basic infra to showcase what can be done

 - within 2 months: build a full infra + have the AI fully ready for most use cases of PP+moods

 - 1 more month: web 3 API is ready

 - 1 more month: Beta website ready + marketing started + starting discord for OG

 - 2 more months: maturing the offer / website / building the community

=> First beta within 4 months from funding ; prod-ready with a small follower base 2 months later; Will attempt to launch beta before June 2022

KPIs

 - generate a morphed NFT picture of any user 800x800 picture within less than 1min

 - onboard 100 users within 2 months from first beta

 - onboard 1,000 users within 2 months from 100 mark

 - move towards at least 20% of users creating over 5 NFTs

IP:

 - not seeking to patent anything at this stage. Mostly will use open source and will contribute to open source

What success looks like:

 - success requires minimum 1,000 users, with minimum 200 with multiple purchase

 - from this point, looking into generating a Token for sustaining an ecosystem of AI generated NFTs (more to be discussed under NDA).
