To grow the Cardano network, we first have to deeply understand it: How do people use it? What do they value? How could it be more communal?

Objective
The idea is to do groundwork: Researching the Cardano community (including Artala Prism current and potential users).

FAQ
How does this proposal relate to Atala prism? How does it benefit Cardano?
Understanding requirements, barriers to wider adoption and new opportunities for Atala prism is one research objective. However, the main idea is to do research on the entire community, thereby relating to and benefiting several challenges, uncovering areas of issues and opportunities which may not even be specifically asked for in any challenges yet, such as:
- Who are community members?
- How do they connect their engagement with Cardana and Atala prism to their local communities? What network of communities are they engaged in?
- How does community engagement work? What are barriers to community engagement?
- What are barriers to a wider audience? What education would be needed?
Timeline
Project completion within 6 months, of which
- Month 1 & 2: Literature research and research proposition formulation
- Month 3 & 4: Ethnographic research
- Month 5 & 6: Insight analysis, recommendation formulation

- 6x 1000/month as a research budget over
- 1000 to give to research participants
