We are running  4 Websites and between 5 to 15 Cardano Nodes on Linux Servers between the below for supporting groups. We have issued $DTPT.

Decentralized Voting featuring Full ID or Anonymous Voting ID, with One Person equals One Vote is needed and a requirement of $DTPT. We believe that once established, we can change the world, it's laws and the future. In fact, we promised it in the Voting section of our Whitepaper. – It will work universally in every type of election, including financial, political, . . . ALL elections, judging, voting of ANY type; at every level, worldwide, nationwide, state wide and local level elections. ALL.

Impact: Will enable hundreds of thousands more voters.

Feasibility: Feasible by Enabling Wallet ID to Voting ID in Cardando Blockchain.

Auditability: Easily monitor expenditures through 1. Full Accounting system with percentage breakdown of expenditures to Chart of Accounts. All initial expenditures to each account on the Chart of Accounts will be fully traceable through the blockchain and then through a publicly viewable accounting for expenses.

• DTPT will work with ALL Known CIP Creators and Atala Prism and other ID software authors as permitted by all or both sides. i.e. FULL ID App vs. ANONYMOUS App.

• 9 Months to Completion Timeline to also fit with the Goals for the Defund The Police Token for progress.

VOTING

Every token will be able to hold a stake and is entitled anyone is entitled to vote when one (1) DTP Token is staked. Everyone is allowed to vote on proposals to develop or upgrade the ecosystem. One (1) person = one (1) vote, even if they control multiple tokens and wallets. DTPT governance, will be handled by staking DTPT tokens in the Cardano ecosystem and voting rights in governance is shall be through the DTPT ecosystem. No future governance will be permitted to further profit from DTPT governance except in the percentages outlined in the Disbursement of Funds below. Decentralized, consensus-based governance is integral to DTPT.

Voting cannot be determined by how much money you have. That logic is completely unfair and somewhat similar to the current systems of government which much of the whole world has now. We do not strive to be political. We believe in one (1) person = one (1) vote, even if they control multiple tokens and wallets. A person will get a vote even if they own just one. token This does not necessary jive with all of Cardano's voting. We intend to enforce this policy and will engage Cardano voting procedures to make this happen.

Every one (1) owner, whether person or organization, no matter how many wallets or tokens owned by the one owner, is and will forever be, only one vote. One Owner and ONLY One Vote. One (1) Owner, will be equal to exactly One (1) Vote when at least one (1) token is staked. The rich shall not rule the voting of DTPT. Sorry for repeating, but it's at DTPT's heart.

Voting shall be conducted on a monthly basis. The first vote will be exactly one (1) month after the DTPT launch date and also 51% of total tokens are in hands of owners including the Creators Fund and the Administration and Legal Fund. At the conclusion of the monthly vote, ideas for future votes will be voted up or down on the next vote before they are officially placed on the next ballot. If they are approved to be placed on the ballot, then they shall be placed on the very next ballot for which their wording is acceptable. There shall be no untimely delays in voting on proposals. Regular DTPT voter will determine what is on the ballot.

We will launch a voting proposal almost immediately to accomplish this feat. When we succeed in creating a voting app that can handle one person equals one vote, whether rich or poor, then this may work for any and every election. We don't expect this to be simple but on the other hand, it can't be that complicated. We just have to stop the cheaters.

GOVERNANCE – A DECENTRALIZED SELF-ORGANIZING COOPERATIVE

Governance refers to the mechanisms through which DTP Token owners make decisions. In an effort to enable voting at outset, exactly 60% of the total quantity will be released at outset. As soon as 51% of total token is in the hands of the owners, voting shall be started from exactly one month from this date. Creators of DTPT will govern only at outset and will expose governance through quarterly reports to ensure Disbursement of Funds as mentioned below. This concept is similar to the better-known "decentralized autonomous organization" ("DAO") but different in that the DTPT structure will provide high-level oversight only at the beginning.

As soon as the first vote takes place with over 51% owners in place, complete control of the governance of DTPT shall be turned over to the organization chosen by the voters. There shall be no deviation from this; control will be removed from the Creators Fund and the Administration and Legal Fund.

We will not be part of the Cardano Catalyst Voting. Catalyst is designed to vote on financial projects that benefit the Cardano financial system. Sometimes the lines blur or are crossed, but Catalyst is mainly for the benefit of Cardano. We will implement our own voting system for the equality of all. There will be no compromises on that.

DTPT is open to collaborate with other projects that aim to fix the world. To enable this, DTPT will work with the Cardano voting system to carve out its own voting scheme, separate from the Cardano method for their blockchain. We do not believe what is good for the blockchain is always good for every single person on the planet. We also must enforce our own one person equals one vote scheme. We have to give the single token owner one vote and the rich person one vote equally.

We will attempt to bring in other projects or work with them when we find them. We will not settle for non-movement on social projects except when limited by voting on the topic. Public Grants will be exposed in the quarterly reports and very shortly after each month's voting.
