There is no team to deal with Japanese SCAM and FUD (ADA is gambling coin etc.).
We will create a team to deal with Japanese SCAM and FUD (ADA is gambling coin etc.) and deal with it as much as possible.
This is the total amount allocated to Japanese FUD / SCAM Buster 100.
The latest updates will be listed here. The following document contains a summary of the four proposals.(ćĽćŹčŞă§ăŽčŞŹćăćć°ăŽă˘ăăăăźăăŻăăĄăăŤč¨čźăăžăă䝼ä¸ăŽćć¸ăŻ4ă¤ăŽććĄăăžă¨ăăŚč¨čźăăŚăăžăă)

âźď¸Japan is huge for Cardano.
Japan is important because 95% of presale buyers are Japanese and the average value ADA purchase is 1.8 million ADA.
Whenever trying to do anything(Staking Defi, etc), you need to consider reaching out to Japanese holders if there is a possibility of needing to involve holders with a lot of ADA.
Also, the impact of a Japanese holder losing their ADA due to some kind of fraud or accident is significant.
For some services, not limiting your reach to Japanese holders may be considered illegal by Japanese regulators.
âźď¸However, in the four areas of tax law, security, FUD, and Defi expansion, the Japanese base is in a weak position.
FUD: There is a need for a contact point for Japanese people to report FUD via phone or LINE, etc. Also, there is a need to contact Japanese people to ask them to change the pages and accounts where FUD is being done in Japanese.
The Japanese have been identified as a possible target for these as seen in the "Cardano Foundation's Position on Suspicious Activities in Japan" issued to BTCNEXT, a company registered in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean.
https://forum.cardano.org/t/cardano/35609
There have been reports of phone calls to pre-sale participants, and even Google ads openly spreading ADA FUD to attract people to their own projects.
There is a way to report to the IOG/Cardano Foundation, but Japanese people in their 40s and 50s are not used to reporting on the web, so a contact point where they can report on line or by phone is desirable.
âźď¸Therefore, we will strengthen our Japan base with the following KPIs in the four areas of legal tax law, security, FUD, and Defi expansion.
FUD: Within 6 months, we will (1) set up a line and phone number for reporting FUD/SCAM, (2) increase the number of teams and organize team chats, and (3) actively search for FUD/SCAM twice a week, search and list them on the blacklist, and plan and implement measures to deal with them. We will manualize our activities as much as possible and eventually publish the documents as a model that anyone can implement. In the end, we aim to have a blacklist of more than 100 SCAM/FUD/Misleading Expressions and measures to deal with them described and implemented, and to have more than 30% of SCAM/FUD/Misleading Expressions withdrawn.

Common Items:In general, the main proposer of this fund is expected to work on a volunteer basis, and there are no time or financial constraints on this proposal. However, with this funding, we would like to ask Cardano Treasury to cover some of the implementation costs, such as server, venue, phone, etc., and to hire a part-time helper to accelerate the proposal itself. Both proposals involve a rather large amount of work that requires some expertise, but we believe we have set a very modest budget. Most of the proposals are set up on a volunteer basis, but once we are able to manualize these operations and confirm the results, we may revisit these budgets and make a successor proposal in a future Fund.
FUD: This includes members who collaborated on the "Cardano Foundation's Position on Suspicious Activity in Japan", some with SPO experience and understanding of Cardano technology. To protect our members from repercussions, we operate on an anonymous basis. Blacklisting + 100 responses x $10 + $500 for other expenses such as running chat for 6 months = $1,500.

Launch date (work start date) = funding date, and the scope of activity is within 6 months from that date. Questions can be sent to "yutacreate@gmail". (However, we will be creating a separate one for FUD Busters.) Each is basically a one-time proposal, and all proposals are complete and do not require ongoing funding. The deliverables related to this activity are licensed under the [Creative Attribution-Non-Commercial-ShareAlike (CC BY-NC-SA) License v4.0. We have defined the launch date as above, but we plan to start working on it before that, and even if we don't get funding, we will still do it. funding and progress will be reported when we report to the IOG team.
The KPIs are listed in the Impact section and the budget details are listed in the Feasibility section.
