Cardano Creatives

Exponential growth of Catalyst requires a dedicated community for creatives to develop, refine & release proposals to the Cardano community.

Catalyst members proposing within the Cardano Creatives Challenge for Fund 8 and beyond, to begin building out this untapped category.

Post Fund 8, Cardano Creatives Challenge Team will measure and report to the community on:

• Number of overall submitted proposals within Cardano Creatives (qualified for this category).
• Number of successful proposals funded.
• Any collaborations/intent to build out this challenge for future funding rounds based on success and collaboration between proposers.

With the continued growth of Project Catalyst, having a space to explore creative proposals that will yield ROI is critical. By balancing the need of tech-specific projects within their defined categories with emerging creative projects via Cardano Creatives, both can have a dedicated place to exist, explore ideas, collaborate and complement each other in standalone or joint-proposals for future funding rounds. 

Cardano Creatives will be open to explore, iterate on and ultimately develop successful proposals including but not limited to:

• musical
• performing arts/cinematic
• industrial
• and all other artistic / creative ventures

from all around the world.

The ultimate goal would be to onboard creatives from both within and outside the Cardano ecosystem, collaborate with them on creative ventures and bring value to our ecosystem.

With a budget ask of 250000 (1.9% of the total community challenge budget) we feel that this is a fair initial budget to start this challenge off.
