Request for Funding

We're seeking $10,000 that will be used to hire app developer to develop an app to capture reciepts photos, Scan QR codes from POS systems, and develop a QR generator for receipts on one of the major POS system (Square or Clover). With this we would have a fully functional solution. Once we are successful with this, we would like to build a rewarding system for using the app, continue to expand to the most of the POS systems, create eMail forwarding options, Decentralized Data Marketplace for businesses and Consumers, and much bigger horizon when users start owning the data. This will open up a room to build AI & recommendations based on their shopping patterns etc

Detailed Plan

With the funds we would immediately hire a developer who can develop an app and as well extension app on one of the most commonly used POS (Square, Clover, Revel, LightSpeed etc) to generate a QR for the receipt and get this available in Q1 2022. We choose the POS based on mostly used in the industry, readily available APIs without much hassle.

Once we identified the POS to go with and start developing the app, we will start identifying the businesses and user base (mostly their customers) to form a closed circle to use the app and get feedback from them. At this point in time, we are hoping that the app would have a better visibility and stable enough to extend to next level.

In future, we would like to tokenize the platform and incentivize the users for everytime they use the app. And these tokens are needed for businesses or anyone to advertise, promote or need users data. 

This will open up a new opportunity for 

1. Data Marketplace that businesses can directly promote their business / product / service with business without needing to use any central authority

1. Creates an authenticity of the data and provides more confidence to the advertisers and promoters

1. Use AI to build Recommendations for their own good from recommending a recipe based on their taste to recommending a product for future use, price tracking, and many more

1. Open various other areas to collect the data such as daily steps, places visited, interests, future needs etc

Proposal Impacts on Key Metrics

In today's world data is given away rather than keeping it for themselves and one of the main reason is they are no proper tools to keep, manage and monetize. Once we help them with a way to keep their data, a detailed shopping data, there would be a humongous need for this information for businesses and everyone else. While collecting the data, we incentivize the users with tokens, and while monetizing, we pay a part of the fee to the data contributors.
