Our Data Intelligence platform for Cardano, ADAGLASS, is an ambitious, community-driven, unified, scalable, machine learning-powered solution that continuously observes, orients and shares data in relation to the Cardano ecosystem. It offers an intuitive and engaging user experience that enables Cardano's users to gain end-to-end visibility, instant insights and actionable intelligence.

It is composed of 5 platform components that underpin each other, currently envisioned as follows:

1. Telemetry: collect on-chain, social, development, financial data using different mechanisms (streaming and polling)
2. Unified Data Lake: unify siloed data into one data lake, normalize and enrich to allow for analytics and reporting on market, infrastructure, application and service KPIs
3. Analytics & Reporting: provide real-time and built-in analytics dashboards to the mass, the community and relevant stakeholder groups
4. Predictive Analytics: predict risk / trust scores and forecast trends to help make informed decisions and react to developing shifts in the ecosystem
5. Market Data: provide exclusive market data through a fast and powerful API

We are a small team of 2 engineers combining 20+ years of experience in providing end-to-end IT and digital services across CX, Cloud, Cyber, Data for public and private sector organizations worldwide, working in companies operating across the UK, France and Switzerland.

With more than 10 year experience working in the consulting and digital market as CTO of a leading UK service provider, I bridge the gap between theory and pragmatic transformation for global organizations, delivering enterprise-grade digital platforms and solutions across Technology, Customer Experience, Data and Change disciplines.

I bring a blend of management, technical and operational expertise in areas such as business strategy, technical architecture, product design, team management, project management, software development, IT operations, user experience and data engineering. Most recently, I have specialized in technologies covering content management, ecommerce, observability, search and data analytics, and have built platforms that support Executive, Marketing, Security and Network teams operating within the Finance, Telecommunications and Healthcare industries.

My experience and set of transversal skills allow me to lead and respond to the complex needs of creating a new venture within the Cardano ecosystem, from ideation through product launch and to future industrialization.

What capabilities do we need?

Initially, the project requires a core leadership team that will handle a large amount of work across technology, marketing and operations. We will look for a well-balanced group of engineers and designers to support the initial needs and will seek for advise and support from a legal and accounting point of view.

Past the first phase, we / the team will look at growing the engineering arm to support the upcoming needs across the infrastructure, application and data layers of the platform. Technical leadership and architecture will be key to the success of the project. Damien will provide this capability until community governance. Medium-terms, we are seeking for Tech Lead, Technical Architect, Front and Backend Developers, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, DevOps Engineer, QA Engineer.

Additionally and in parallel, more sales, product, creative and marketing skills will be added to ensure we execute effectively on the go-to-market strategy, develop strong partnerships, design the best experience for end-users, increase platform awareness across the ecosystem and grow a large community. This will require a mix of Business Developer, Marketing Director, UX Designer, Community Manager.

We envision the project to be governed by a thin management layer and an appropriate toolset allowing collaboration from a distributed team delivering in an agile and lean way, supported by a Project Coordinator, Agile Boards, Wiki, Discord.

While our platform build will be crowdfunded through a token sale, this Fund7 Catalyst proposal is seeking funding for our incubation needs, covering Q1 2022 activities only. The current cost-estimate is based on the activity-list shown below. Other Q1 2022 costs are not listed and will be provided as initial investment and effort from the proposer.
