Build a Platform where Professionals can create creative and didactic videos about implementing Cardano and about real world use cases.

Actions on the platform

• Community members can select videos with quality content and dub the audio stream through online tools.
• Community members can vote on quality of Video and Audio.
• Based on Feedback, better Videos or Audio can be provided.
• Content producer are incentivized using Ada.
• Community driven voted content to avoid useless video or deprecated videos.
• Community members can state if content is still up-to-date and valid.

We create a platform from developers for developers.

There are tons of educational video platforms out there, such as udemy.com or sofatutor.com, but none of them are designed to ensure that only quality, community-driven and voted videos are available. In addition, the most videos are only available in English. Quite a lot of study emphasize use of native language to learn, interact and share knowledge and how it significantly increases the knowledge tranfer.

That's exactly where we start.

We are creating a platform on which the community decides which content should be created, which videos are of good quality and which associated translations are excellent.

ADA LEARNING

Here people from the community can vote from countless and urgently needed Cardano topics, such as "how to code smart contracts with Plutus or Marlowe" should be created as a video.

Everyone from the community is free to create one of the needs as a video tutorial and make it available to the community via their account, similar like a contest.

Everyone from the community is also free to translate the soundtrack for one of the published videos into their native language and make it available for the corresponding video.

The quality of the videos and the individual associated soundtracks are rated by the community, with the aim that only qualitative content is appropriately displayed and obtained.

In order to create an incentive for the creators, the preview of videos with chosen topics are made available free of charge. As soon as someone would like to receive the full video and available language, a fee in ADA is due. 

Video creators and audio track creators each receive a defined share of the paid ADA.

In addition, the tools provided by the platform make it easier to create videos and audio tracks.

Standard functions such as commenting, questions and answers are of course required.

We see the following phases for implementation:

1. Requirements specification | 3'000.-
2. Mockups and usability | 3'000.-
3. Refinement and UI / UX | 2'000.-
4. Installation and creation of a POC | 15'000.-
5. Adding web based audio/video editing tools | 15'000.-
6. Review and tester including bug bounty | 5000.-
7. Adjustments and beta release | 10'000.-
8. Testing and bug fixing
9. V1 release after ~8 - 10 months

During the entire development and creation of the platform, the community is expanded via social media and has the opportunity to participate in decision-making during the development.

Roadmap

• Initial Platform after 3 months with basic tools for adding additiona tracks
• Additional tools for audio and video editing after 6 months
• Intelligent tools also for quality control of the content after 12 months

KPI during development and usage of platform

• Number of positive feedback form Non-English speakers to build and grow
• Number of non-English speakers joining Cardano community
• Number of courses translated to different languages
• Social media attention using specified hashtag

The results of these KPI's will be published monthly in the first 6 months after delivery of the financing received. After this period, the reports will be published monthly.
