[IMPACT]

Personal data aggregation and data processing services will give the consumers more insight and therefore more power to choose products and services. With more insight the consumers can exercises Choice. With more power over choice, the consumer can create fair competition from providers and making a Marketplace for these services a buyers market. This means that prices for services will come down for the consumers and the providers will offer more value added services.

Because the consumers have their data this will mean that they can access non-regulated services offered wherever they may be in the world. Using Blcokcahins' Decentralised ID(DID's) and Stable tokens implentation we can secure their data and make services accesible and available globally.

The project is a solution to the spiralling costs of healthcare. It also gives the people skills and knowledge about their health and wellness and therefore giving them the ability to manage it. This will over time, decrease the burden of goverments in managing the healthcare of their population.

The Marketplace will develop B2C tools for the consumer side and business side to collaborate with each other to create compelling products and services that are personalised to the consumer based on their aggregated data insights. Consumers from developing countries can access services from advanced businesses globally and the tools used by everybidy to track and monitor their health. Small company and Corporations can widen their offering by directly offering products to consumers globally at an equal footing with big brands creating competition.

The solution was conceptiualised with web3 fully in mind using DID's and Token systems for global payments and management of the community rewards and participation.

Healthcare is a well regulated market. Incumbents may use market and financial leverage to assert their dominance to sway governments to create barriers to entry in some jurisdictions.

[FEASIBILITY]

On this funding we will be building the supply side requirments of the marketplace. This will include supplier customer management portals and systems, blockchain payments integration, wallets and DID integration. We will be onboarding healthcare professionals and data scientists to help us build the initial data architecture and design. We will also be onboarding invite only suppliers and consumer tester.

30K for the blockchain work. (Tokens, DID's, Wallets, Payments, Governance Modules)

We will be recruiting more people help us with our build from the Cardano community if successful with the funding using financial and non-fianancial incentives to early team members.

[AUDITABILITY]

Progress will be reported to subscribers through announcements on a discord server.

Early community participants will have the chance to be onboarded early to trial the apps functionality.

The number of early suppliers onboarded and partnerships will also be measured.

Success will be a working prototype ready for deployment for product-market fit testing.
