There is a lot of FUD against crypto/Cardano ADA. The power of film has not been tapped to counter this.
Produce a low budget Asian STEM indie film with some crypto to counter crypto/Cardano FUD, and release it as an online video.
This is the total amount allocated to ADA funded STEM themed indie film.

A low budget Asian STEM themed drama with Cardano ADA featured in the film and acknowledged in the credits and accompanying press releases. The logo will be shown in the film and Cardano will be mentioned in the dialogue.
It could be initially shown to ADA stakers before general public release.
**Amazon Prime Video allows indie filmmakers to upload to their system so this is one distribution option for us.** Other options include Youtube, Vimeo, limited theatrical release, etc.
This proposed low budget Asian STEM themed indie film can help counter FUD against crypto and Cardano ADA.
The screenplay has been reviewed by a Hollywood studio reader, and also by Scott Rosenfelt the coproducer of Home Alone/Teen Wolf/Mystic Pizza. Scott is willing to be a paid consultant to the Project. So it is a quality screenplay worthy of an intelligent audience, which is who we hope to target as new crypto users.
We are confident we can deliver this film, short of any "Act of God" type incidents.
The script has been reviewed by a Hollywood studio reader, and by Scott Rosenfelt (coproducer of Home Alone/Mystic Pizza/Teen Wolf). While by no means perfect and in a constant state of improvement, we feel that the finished film could potentially become a crypto "cult favorite."
The current state of smartphones like the iPhone 13 Pro Max, Samsung S22 Ultra, Sony Xperia Pro allow 4K 24 frame per second color corrected video that already almost matches that of professional expensive cameras like the Arri Alexa, Red, etc.
Our film will feature tools that cut the costs of production without sacrificing video/audio quality.
More details can be provided if and when we are shortlisted:
Q1: Wrap up fund raising / finalize agreements
Q2: First principal day of filming to last day of filming
Q3: Editing/ Marketing/Film Distribution etc
Q4: Film Distribution / Marketing / Press/ Public release (assumes financing is secured Q1'2022)
IMPORTANT NOTE: Although we have asked for $50k equivalent in this pitch, we can downscale and adjust the budget we require if needed and just raise the other funding elsewhere.
**If this proposal will not be selected, any help to push this film forward is still welcome.**
More details can be provided if and when we are shortlisted. **Note the amount we are asking for is only a part of the total budget we need, some of it will need to be equity.**

This is not a complicated film to make. The story is simple. That of a STEM technopreneur who at the start is brave and bold, but whose confidence is rattled by a major crisis. In the end, he has to adjust to reality and find success in some other way.
At a minimum, the proposed film needs to be completed end of 2022 and shown online, or ideally through film festivals or directly through streaming services.
Maximum success would be if this low budget film convinces a major streaming service or studio like Netflix, HBO, etc to take a chance on another Asian STEM themed drama film or miniseries. With crypto in the plot of course. But hopefully the major streaming services/studios will finance it.
The audience for something like that would be in the millions.
This is a new project.
