Monaco Streaming Film Festival 2022

We will create a Film showing all the use-cases & benefits of Cardano for the public & businesses & show it in the Streaming Film Festival.

The festival has a professional & experienced international & local team involved in all aspects of producing film & video, this is the second year. 2021 was a great success & 2022 will be bigger & better! 140,000 viewed the streamed content which is ideal for Cardano Exposure.

This is an opportunity to get mass exposure to many influencers & media professionals, not only during the festival (Which is a few days after the Monaco F1 Grand Prix) but also throughout the year on the Streaming Platform.

The first of its kind, Monaco Streaming Film Festival 2021 took its first steps on the red carpet and streamed everything on its programme worldwide – four days of in-person and simultaneous online programming.

4 Days - 1,000+ Attendees - 140,000+ Live viewers to streamed content during and after the festival

2022 will be even bigger and better.

The Streaming Film Festival Marketplace is an international film and video content platform, showcasing Feature Films, Short Films, including Documentaries, Animation and Social Media Videos.

We will host your content on our virtual portal where it can be found by acquirers from the platforms, distributors and sales agents.

We will also screen some of the content Live and through the Virtual Platform with the global audience.

The dates for the festival are very close to the end of the FUND 8 Voting so it is likely the funding will not be distributed in time.

Therefore, like for all of our proposals we will self-fund the preparation of the documentary and the pre-promotion.

Other than this we do not forsee any other challenges to delivering our proposal.

We have from now (Mid April 2022) to Tuesday 31st May to produce the documentary and negotiate a promotion package with the Streaming Film Festival Team.

That is an ample timeline to deal with the necessary steps.

• Attract multimedia projects to the Cardano Blockchain
• Create and promote multimedia platforms
• Facilitate the building & Funding multilingual teams
• Build a list of potential decentralised film crews
• Establish decentralised news teams
• Provide a focus for decentralised content creation teams
• Enable and incentivise decentralised multimedia projects sharing resources (eg RAW footage) to avoid unnecessary costs and CO2 emissions from travelling to shoot footage on site

In coordination with https://gerolamo.org/ and https://cardanocommunityhubs.com/ we will strive to introduce benefits of a Cardano Community Hub and Cardano Ecosystem into the worldwide Streaming Film industry.

General Objectives and focus:

• Boost knowledge and adoption of Cardano for global audiences.
• Encourage people to join Cardano Community Hubs to support and promote production of quality multi-media.
• Create A website for our proposal to facilitate streaming program professionals and creatives to connect, collaborate and coordinate with us.
• The launch of projects that spotlight the multitude of stories, including community initiatives, ecological projects, personalities and business building, within the Cardano ecosystem.
• Multimedia productions that illustrate how Cardano's blockchain is the 'green blockchain' solution in a world that needs solutions to the climate emergency.
• Create, structure and promote film finance using Cardano Digital currencies.
• Promote the use of Cardano NFTs to control media ownership

This is a continuation of our funded F7: Scale-UP Cardano's Community Hubs Cardano Worldwide Community Hubs: https://cardano.ideascale.com/c/idea/383417 although it is not dependent on it.

The objectives to attract and onboard people to create Cardano Community Hubs based around the Streaming Film Industry through mass exposure.
