[IMPACT]

The platform will enable users to chat while playing one of many casino games.
NFTs will bring access to tiered rooms, each room having more benefits than the room below.
Players will be able to use approved PFP NFT projects as avatars and other users will have the option to spectate and chat.
Chat function will have translators to allow users from all over the world to be able to communicate with one another.
FTs will be used to access rooms, buy in game features, and place bets.
Taking into account all of these above features and the general demographic of cryptocurrency communities, they tend to fall into who use online games and therefore it will have a wide appeal and adoption within the Cardano space.

The game will require large amounts of NFTs for use within the platform and has the potential for on-going NFT collaborations, as well as putting to use already minted NFT projects.
The platform already has FTs minted to the value of 50million.
There is a low barrier to entry within this game with free rooms be available. This will entice new users outside of the Cardano ecosystem to engage and create 3rd party wallets for any rewards won in these rooms.
It will also encourage them to interact with existing Cardano users and giving the chance to integrate them into the Cardano Community.
Some FTs will be distributed for free to delegators within my pool, further encouraging word-of-mouth spread and incentivised use of the platform.

A large amount of the work has already been completed. I have built a large social community with many influencer contacts, and card artwork already completed and FTs already minted.

The remainder of the work is the platform building, coding and bug identification.
NFT distribution.
Wallet integration.
Smart contract construction.

This is not a particularly risky venture. It is essentially "run of the mill" game creation.
All of this is mitigated with a strong developer team.

[FEASIBILITY]

I plan to have the platform operational within 6 months.
Promotion for in-game NFTs will commence in the next week (10th March) and free FT distribution will begin shortly afterwards.
After completion of NFT sales, payment will go to my developers to begin creation.

Game creation, testing and in game art creation will require approximately 2 months.
Platform creation, game refinements, game testing and integration of art and games will require 2 months.
Integration of wallets and smart contract will require 2 weeks.
Testing and fixes will take 1 month.
Allowance for delays and overruns is 2 weeks.

The entire budget will be allotted to the payment of developers. I will need to hire a Plutus dev for smart contract integration and some upfront payments for my team of developers.

All other costs such as servers, promotion, NFT distribution, further developer payments etc, will come from my own pocket from previous NFT project and stake pool operations.

3x technologists with industry experience in software development and server administration. Experience in many programming languages.
