To shorten the time to release a fully fledged mobile AR MMORPG we have hand picked an already finished and published game. The game is now taken off the market and will be re-released in a new packaging with blockchain features.

We will integrate a Cardano wallet and add NFT and token functionality to the game to enable play to earn mechanics and in-game NFT minting and trading.

We will also add a couple of new features that we think are missing for it to be a fully fledged AR MMORPG. This includes adding additional crafting in the form of stations that can be turned into an NFT. The station NFT can be deployed in a zone or sold to other players. We will also be adding resource gathering to complement the already existing scavenger and treasure hunting.

We will make sure that the threshold for mainstream gamers is as low as possible. We believe that you should not need a crypto wallet just to start playing a game. This will come later in the end-game when it will be a natural transition driven by the crafting system.

As mentioned above the game will be fun and easily accessible for anyone, if you like this kind of game but do not want to get involved with crypto you do not have to. The focus of this game is to play and have fun in a healthy way outdoors, not to speculate in crypto, NFTs and tokens. Most of the things that can be bought and sold will have to come from actually playing and progressing the game. There is however the tycoon aspect of the game that comes into play with the holding and trading of zones. We want it to be rewarding to own zones at the same time that it will not be punished to not own zones or play in zones owned by other players.

However, someone that has played the game a lot will organically get a lot of items from looting, gathering and crafting. Then the incitament to attach a Cardano wallet and start earning will be significant. We believe that this is the best approach to introduce the mainstream gamer into the wonderful world of the blockchain. We think that it will come as a revelation to many that you can actually own all your in-game resources and that they can actually have a real-world value.

Using a map, compass and the Geo Corp. patented high tech scanners, analysers and loot finders you can explore the virtual dimension around you. Find caches and try to extract their loot. Collect materials for crafting, map fragments for treasure hunts, keys for high tier chests and above all the valuable Geo Corp. credits. If you are wealthy enough you can buy zones in the virtual dimension to mark your territory and collect tax from other Geo Scavengers.

Upgrade your gear by crafting new modules using the parts you will find in the caches scattered around the world.

Level up your tech skills to be a more efficient and competent scavenger, hone your diplomatic skills to reap benefits with Geo Corp and study mechanics and electronics to become a better crafter.

The unseen virtual layer enclosing our entire world is lousy with caches full of loot. The more desirable loot often have locks or puzzles you need to circumvent but the most valuable loot of them all are the ancient artifacts. To find artifacts you have to collect map fragment and use your crafting station to get a complete map.

Buy zones to mark your territory and to collect tax from other players. The smart Geo Scavenger will figure out which zones are the most desirable and build a profitable strategy to maximize income.

Craft keys to access loot in high tier locked caches. Craft gear upgrades to improve your scanners and loot finder. Refine materials into more valuable and usable materials. Craft you own secure stash boxes and place in the world to store or maybe hide forbidden items, or use the stash to share or trade with other Geo Scavengers.

Use a combination of boxes and editable notes to create your own scavenger and treasure hunts for your friends.

Another challenge is to cover all expenses with funding since this is a pretty ambitious project and we would like to do even more than what is detailed in this presentation. To solve this we have plans to generate more funds for more marketing and more developers through an ICO or ISPO somewhere around our alpha release.

We will measure the development according to our milestones (Stage 1 to 6) using our detailed roadmap to check off every item.

To measure the success of the project we will look at metrics such as social media followers, number of Alpha and Beta participants and engagements from the community.

Success for the development will mean hitting all of our milestones in time, hopefully even earlier. Inventing and exceeding the expectations set in the roadmap.

Success for the game is initially to get 1000+ active users and 10 000+ followers for our Open Beta test.

After the launch we want to have reached 10 000+ active users and we want at least half to be mainstream gamers.

We want to be covered in most mainstream gaming news such as Pocketgamer and Droidgamers by the time we launch our open beta test.

After this, success will be equal to growing number of players, growing ecosystem and increased minting of NFTs through the game. Another important part is to calibrate the P2E and treasury so that it remains stable.

The ultimate success is when the token and NFT ecosystem is large enough to be able to sustain players economically from the poorer parts of the world and bring healthy fun to both the rich and the poor.
