Before becoming a voter or proposer, newbies are attracted to Cardano because they want to earn money in trading crypto coins. Come for the money - stay for the mission is a universal truth. So first they require basic blockchain and crypto education before becoming interested in Catalyst and the possibilities of blockchain technology itself.

The Langbassadors created a concept in which video content can be made in an infinite number of languages. The podcasts will explain in Filipino & English how to get involved in crypto and Cardano.

This proposal aims to make a series of 20 podcasts explaining "How to"-questions such as :

How to create a Binance account?

How to download & use a Yoroi wallet?

How to vote in Catalyst?

How to stake your ADA?

The Langbassadors create Language community Hubs on YouTube & other media platforms.

As primary KPI we aim over a period of 1 year to publish 20 How to-podcasts in Filipino and English

Secondary KPI will be the total number of subscribers on the Filipino & English YouTube channels ( & other platforms ) in which we aim to surpass 1000 subscribers.

The third KPI will be the number of views on the Filipino & English YouTube channels ( & other platforms ) in which we aim to surpass 10000 views

We will publish monthly progress report with the YouTube analytics

Risk 1: Create the podcasts in easily understandable language which is accessible for non-tech people.

Solution: Do try-outs of the scripts on at least 3 crypto newbies

Risk 2: Not reaching our target number of subscribers & viewers

Solution: Having an e-marketing promoter spending minimum of 4 hours a week in promoting our channels & content

Marketing will be done in first phase focused on social media marketing, spear headed by Tisha who has experience in promoting businesses online. Tisha will spend minimum 4 hours per week promoting our project on various platforms : Twitter - FaceBook - Instagram - YouTube ( the Langbassadors YouTube channels ) - TikTok . Swarm sessions - TownHalls and discord promotion will be done by Rik & Tisha to increase awareness within the Cardano & Catalyst community itself

Podcast creation ( 4 hours/week ) : 200 USD/month x 12 months = 2400 USD

Translation ( 2 hours/week ) : 100 USD/month x 12 months = 1200 USD

E-Marketing promotion ( 4 hours/week) : 200 USD/month x 12 months = 2400 USD

Narration in second language ( 2 hours/week ) : 100 USD/month x 12 months = 1200 USD

Script writing & project management : 300 USD/month x 12 months = 3600 USD

Miscellaneous : 1000 USD

Tisha Caburian completed her Master in Development Management at the Asian Institute of Management last 2020. 

She had 20 years of experience as an educator, a former Principal in College of the Holy Spirit Manila, High School Department, and currently working as a Junior High School Science teacher. She was a former Cornerstone Program school coordinator for 2 years to help top 30 grade 9 students receive leadership and values formation programs. This is a sponsored program by Couples for Christ East B Rizal chapter.

She graduated Cum Laude with a degree of Bachelor of Secondary Education, major in General Science.

She is a network marketing professional and an entrepreneur.

Cristy Lily Edlene Z. Flores was a former subject area, project, and grade level coordinator at Baliwagan National High School, Collegio Santa Monica de Anggat, and College of the Holy Spirit, High School Department. 

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from College of the Holy Spirit Manila. 

She was a former technical assistant at the Office of the Plant Manager, Axellum Resources, Corp., in Medina Misamis Oriental. 

She is currently a literary writer in the Angels Rising Magazine since 2019 and a Didache Youth Writer from 2016 to 2018. 

She is the official English and Filipino narrator for the LangBassadors.
