Cardano Network Expansion in Brazil

By establishing network events throughout Brazil's major cities and inviting speakers to networking events we can garner interest in Cardano

Experience in international logistics and having well-established connections in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Brasilia. Antonio Adler is the head of the Rio Mason Lodge and the President of the Rotary club. A degree in Marketing Management will help me advertise Cardano events.

[IMPACT]

Will host networks events in Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro, and Sao Paulo once a month. We will have an educational segment, followed by a keynote speaker, followed by networking among attendees with refreshments. There will be incentives for those who wish to attend our networking events. Attendees will be onboarded to Latam townhall, have them create an ADA wallet, a raffle for those who attend could win payment in ADA and merchandise.

Network events will increase interest in Cardano and onboard new potential project catalyst proposers. These events would bring new minds to invigorate the Cardona community in Brazil.

Issues that may arise would be finding space to host events, security, and finding good keynote speakers. However, due to having an expansive networking connection, we would be able to get around these issues with ease. For venues, we would utilize the rotary club, mason lodge, and charity events throughout Rio, Brasilia, and Sao Paulo. As for security, we would hire a guard to do checks at the door in order to ensure the safety of our events. For our keynote speakers, we would call upon our connections in order to bring new and relevant information to each event.

[FEASIBILITY]

We will host twelve networking events in the course of a year. This will begin a month after funding is approved. This would be broken down to three networking events in a quarter, alternating between our three main cities. We would measure our deliverables with a ledger that would keep track of the number of attendees throughout the year. As well as, how many people we can onboard onto our project catalyst via account creation. Another measure we would take is how many people per event create a wallet.

Success would be measured by the number of attendees. Our goals for the first few events would be to have over 50 guests with most of them creating project catalyst accounts. Ideally, many future project catalyst proposals will have been submitted by onboarded attendees at these events.

This project is a continuation of F5 "Networking Events" in Ethiopia as well as F7 "Networking/Education LATAM".
