The Ambassadors Guild provides constant support and guidance to the Cardano Community to effectively build the Cardano Ecosystem

Official Cardano Ambassadors, SPOs, Funded Proposer, Community Advisor, Developer, Community Builder & Maintainer, Community Manager, Translators, Content Creators, Meetup Organizer & Moderator.

The Ambassadors Guild is an initiative of an aligned and united body of highly experienced and commited Cardano Community members, dedicated to support, connect and motivate people in the Cardano ecosystem. 

With the establishment of the Guild, Cardano Ambassadors self organize and coordinate actions and operations to support the Cardano Ecosystem in its growth and in the maintenance of crucial Community Communication Platforms & Hubs

Currently, the Ambassadors engagement is mostly voluntarily based. The lack of resources to reward the Ambassadors for their engagement and contribution, causes risks and dangers for building an sustainable concept.

This Proposal aims to enable resources which allows the Cardano Ambassadors Guild to build an first functional treasury which will be used to reward Cardano Ambassadors for their services as well to incentivize community initiatives and contributions which support an effective growth and maintenance of the Cardano Ecosystem.

By providing constant services to the Cardano Community, the Community based Ambassadors Guild and its activities belong to the Development Ecosystem as a part on its own. 

Main announcements and updates will be displayed on the Ambassadors Guild Website and via social media channels

One challengeing fact we have to face is that nany Ambassadors have Day jobs and effective coordination can be slowed down by a lack of time from contributors. As coordination across many individuals requires additional engagement we risk overloading Ambassadors.

Clear Expectation Management and a step by step approach, focusing on small improvements will help us in establishing our formats and concepts

As all listed activities and operations are already constantly executed, the feasibility of this proposal finds legitimacy in its past already. Ambassadors Guild members have proven their engagement, commitment and contribution over months and years of active participation in the Cardano Ecosystem and.

Community Moderation

To ensure that the Community finds what they need when they need, Ambassadors take the responsibility to maintain various community challenges in multiple languages.

Content Creation

Ambassadors are often excellent content creators providing podcasts, interviews and articles to the Cardano Community & Ecosystem.

Content Translation

As a global Community, we include Team members from all around the world which helps us to spread the words of Cardano across the globe. Providing translations of important info material is crucial when it comes to community growth.

Community Events

The Cardano Ecosystem communicates and collaborates across many platforms. Community Events, virtual and in real, are crucial to allow the community to meet and connect and to build strong relations and collaboration 

Coordinations

As highly connected Community members, the Ambassadors maintain an excellent network within the Cardano Ecosystem, we offer effective networking and matchmaking services.  

Advice & Consulting

As long term contributors we are well experienced and informed about the Cardano Ecosystem. Our Experience helps new projects to evolve and grow within the Cardano Ecosystem. Latest example is the Collaboration with the Ledger Team, where the Ambassadors Guild acts as Advisors and Coordinators to build the Ledger Live Cardano Integration

It requires serious time commitment to set up project structures for the Ambassadors Guild and we want to engage community members in full time positions, such as a Project Manager

Accounting

Accounting and Treasury management has to be provided in a professional manner, that's why we engaged one of our Ambassadors as an hourly paid Ambassador Guild Accountant. This Proposal aims to enable the budget to further reward this role

Secretary

Setting up Meeting Agendas, keeping notes and draft Proposal, writing reports and documentation requires time and skilled engagement which needs to be rewarded to ensure a sustainable contribution.
