Catalyst Streaming Guild - Events
This charter will create a community of Catalyst Streamers. Streaming live events and re-runs of recent events will drive attention and participation in Catalyst. As a small active community, we overestimate our reach. The Community creates lots of ideas but does not retain them due to lack of Human Resources. Increasing the Reach of Proposers and Live Community Events directly Hunts for Outside Attention, drawing Human Resources to our community. Funding aimed at the Facilitation of Coordinating groups, allows that group to be actionable NOW.
The gap between turning 1-hr long biweekly calls into teams and full projects is still quite hard to quantify. During the Fund 7 and 8 season, another Guild, The Treasury Guild
This proposal aims to receive funds to execute open community events to link two important ecosystems with each other. The Proposal is definitely placed in the right challenge and fits to the provided challenge brief and requirements
Open Source Dev Eco System Guiding Questions this proposal addresses ::
- How can we develop a sustainable ecosystem while sharing knowledge and efforts?
- How can we ensure future efforts benefit from the work that is funded today?
- How do we align between different open source community efforts?
- How can we encourage experts to collaborate and share their knowledge and work?

Treasury Guild offers a 1 to 1 accounting and treasury service to projects within the Catalyst Ecosystem. Setting up and managing Project Wallets and the distribution of funds. Keeping track of all budget items and the exchange rate at which the funds were released to ensure that the budget is spent correctly. Including metadata in the transactions enabling future dapps to pull data and create dynamic tailor made dashboards & templates. Transaction data are recorded in GitHub and Gitbook.
