Konma OpenLib

KonmaLabz will document and maintain a repo of all smart contracts which can later be used by developers by either forking or importing.

Konma labz a winner in fund 7 where we actively increase developers and infrastructure to bring more developers native to Haskell & Plutus. this library is part of a bigger plan Konma has for Cardano. Our team consists of experts in Blockchain, Mathematics and Computer science.

[IMPACT]

Konma labz will dedicate a team of experienced developers with high documentation skills to scope out opensource projects within the Cardano ecosystem, audit the code and change it to a more generic boilerplate of codebases that can be forked, imported by any developer or organisation during their dev-ops.

Increasing the number of available codebases where developers can easily import the library to easily develop dapps and smart contracts on the Cardano ecosystem. this ensures new developers or projects will have access to a GitHub repo where anyone can come learn and grow on the relevant space.

The main challenge we foresee is developers not being aware of the existence of such a library and not making use of the same.

[FEASIBILITY]

Sprint 1 & 2: choosing developers with high documentation skills

Sprint 3 & 4: vetting existing repos and auditing the code, documenting

upon this, we will continuously be on the lookout for new dapps, Cardano improvement protocols and smart contracts.

We will then vet these codes, have them audited, customised to be more general and document on use cases and add comments to the codebase.

The amount sought will be used to compensate the devs directly working on this and help develop konmas infrastructure to further facilitate future requirements and plans devised by konma.

[AUDITABILITY]

• The project success can be measured in terms of the number of commits by the community, number of forks, merges etc, number of forks and uses in the codebase.

• The main metric of measurement is the number of smart contracts and supporting artefacts provided by konma and the community to increase the code base with loads of tutorials and supporting documentation.

A successful devised GitHub library where anyone can fork, import libraries, smart contracts and develop projects on them.

A large number of commits and forks.

This is a new proposal that benefits the Cardano developer community.
