Concept

The general solution is composed of 4 steps that pass by A) the token creation of the product/ production site B) the token creation of the product itself that will refer to the certificate C) some transfer between Intermediaries until the reseller and end user. 

NFTs will contain a lock policy only known by the Producer then the Producer will be able to use the policy to create the Product securely. The Product created will refer to the NFT Certification by its first transaction then just by exploring the transaction end user will be able to verify the [product certification and traceability .

Delivery

• ($200) A Website/discord to discuss about the solution and development 
• ($100) Documentation to use this system in the form of simplified tutorial including wallet creation (ccvault.io) then token minting (Minterr.io) then the transaction exploration using FrostBlock api. 
• ($500) Collaboration with researcher and industrial to develop the NFT onchain standard to mint token
• ($1500) Create a minting NFT platform aim for real asset movement certification in open source with wallet connector
• ($700) Develop data visualization tool using Blockfrost and javascript API.

The goal is to make it easy to create and deploy enterprise grade solutions for traceability that can fit all sectors. Easy deployment and open source solutions aim to attract developers and accelerate blockchain adoption in the supply chain to small and medium companies. The solution is also aimed to connect with experts in supply chain auditability that will see an interest to rapidly verify proof. Mode offers this use of blockchain can accelerate the adoption of ADA as a means of payment for this product since every stakeholder will use a public address.

We propose to work on the food industry (here an example in the tea https://codepen.io/ninojamay/full/vYpBGYo  ) and the pharma supply chain. Because this two sectors are essential for population to live, needs to be verified by the consumers and regulators organism and are highly regulated and cross border, this two industry fits the needs of the development of a permissionless system.

The solution is open source and allow for the development of NFT standards and to provide a complete traceability solution in different sector 

The main risk is the low adoption of our system. Our goal is to create a solid community and user that will prevent this low adoption and help to develop the solution

For the next 6months aim to work with researcher and developer to build an interactive website and our inhouse tool to develop this platform.

We aim to develop partnerships with industry in different sectors and build several uses cases with the goal to improve the supply chain sustainability.

The budget will be separated in three part

• Communication tool including a website, discord channel and 
• Pilot case development in multiple sectors 
• In house tool open source development for 

1. Transaction exploration and visualization that fit supply chain grade 
2. token creation with NFT standard per sector and a common ontology

• Specialist in the supply chain 
• Website developer

We will look at the following metric: 

• The partnership with developer 
• The number of brand that want to work with us 
• The NFT and transaction created using our system 
• The number of user that actively use our tools

The success is an adoption for the supply chain in several differents sector with several certification in multiple domain
