We have created Cardano Hub Caracas. We host meetups, and forum for discussion, building and activities. This is an MVH (minimum viable hub)

Already co founded Cardano Hub Caracas with Venezuelan community members.

[IMPACT]

Cardano Hub Caracas is a MVH (minimum Viable Hub). That we have already created. It currently exists as a telegram group and meetup group. The telegram group is much more active.

So far we have hosted online meetups using telegram voice, and done various activities such as trivia contests.

We are looking for a little bit of funding to take the community to the next level and grow oursselves!

Our proposal is to support the MVH that we have created. We believe we can go for with minimal funding as just a few dollars worth of ADA goes very far for the majority of Venezuelans

The main challenge is keeping thre community fresh and alive on a contiual basis. However we already see this happen naturally.

Our KPIs are as follows. You can compare them to our milestones.

• number of Venezuelan community members in our telegram group
• number of people attending each meetup
• number of people participating in community activities

We would like to grow to over 1000 community members in the next few months, secure additional funding, and co tinue from there. We would like to see continuous community activity, and successful monthly, and soon bi-monthly meetups.

This is a new proposal. We do enjoy support from Cardano Hub Buenos Aires, which was previously funded by catalyst.
