MADAO New Mexico Ambassador program

MADAO needs to move past a cold-start problem within our eCommerce platform.
Solution
We will hire 6 Community Ambassadors from New Mexico to raise awareness of MADAO and bring up the visibility of Cardano in the state.

We will hire 6 Community Ambassadors from New Mexico to raise awareness of MADAO and bring up the visibility of Cardano in the state.
Our team of basic-income advocates and anti-poverty experts includes an economist, two community managers, a back-end Haskell coder, and an administrator. This project is backed by economic and community leaders.
[IMPACT]
Onboarding 6 members of the MADAO community to Cardano and having them begin replicating that process. We've already identified prospects. They will work in their communities and on the MADAO discord server to onboard NM businesses, influencers, local politicians, and regular people alike.
With New Mexico being the state directly South of Colorado, this will be a foundational step into expanding into the tech hub of the southwest and build a relationship to bring cardano to legal tender in the two largest cities, Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Proving that Catalyst can bring Cardano to the rest of the US.
Hitting a critical mass of users is key to offering real economic value. To ensure a proper incentive structure, we will work individually with each MADAO ambassador to create a personal business plan, so they're getting the type of development and growth they want out of the MADAO network, while onboarding many new users.
We will remain visible to NM and Cardano, by hosting multiple weekly events to ensure this.

First couple months can be tracked with our Discord, next couple months will be tracked by the MADAO Freedom Framework-Total user frame.
We onboard the first 500 MADAO users, Most being from New Mexico using both ADA and MADAO.
