Digital Twin platform web-app enables professional, business, brand and regulators to create, transfer and verify digital twins of products along the supply chain. This platform enables communication and trust over product information and offers a transparent traceability solution. Digital twins will protect the product information integrity under a metadata structure and standards. Metadata will allow to connect digital twin to each other by using ontology such as "certified by", "has part", "has quality".

Information about IoT, environment and transportation can be saved in the metadata transaction. Process and transformation can also be reflected by burning and creating new tokens in an automated way. distribution stoichiometry (1 token = 1 unit of food). For this type of dynamic data, using a database, a new entry will be created referring to the product asset ID and the quantity can be decreased dynamically. Moreover, our solution can turn wallet into eCommerce without the need for private identification.

With ADA , direct, decentralized payment can connect buyers and seller, thus avoiding directly intermediaries and liquidity of exchanges.

Therefore we offer a free and open source ERP (such as Odoo) specialized in blockchain traceability then offer free or paid plugin service created by community of developer. .

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

The Digital Twin platform rely on Blockfrost to do read and analyze information from the blockchain.

We aim to connect industrial partners with Cardano blockchain and develop Blockfrost functionalities and to be oriented with physical asset traceability function.

Our solution is completely free and open source (as far as we know the only solution available for blockchain traceability) industrial partner that will want to develop new plugin we use Blockfrost component to improve application thus increasing the awareness (cf Part2 of our article)

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

There is several identified risk on the project:

Traceability is a complex field that require many function and long time development

• If the solution is not complete/ convenient enough, stakeholders will rapidly turn to another option, there for there is a need to build a developer community around the project.
• Cardano/ Blockchain are more and more popular and there is low adoption of digital technology among smallholders farmers. There is a really need to demonstrate the added values, and develop educational content (in partnership with Emurgo) otherwise we will not reach them.
• Since the project is open source it may need audit before launching, otherwise malicious actor could try to steal cryptocurrencies from wallet.

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

We complete the functionalities, mockup and are working on the first MVP that will be launch by September. From September we will need two profiles to accelerate adoption of our solution:

• Traceability expert to complete the essential functionality MVP and work on pilot study (3months)
• Marketing manager to improve MVP awareness, adoption and develop pilot (2 months)

Yes we might come back to increase our adoption, our objective is to turn Cardano fund into impact full project that raise the Cardano ecosystem valuation and connect solution such as CCVault, Blockfrost and IOHK solution into down to earth solution that can connect average user and international companies on the same layer.
