Building a token ecosystem that focuses on promoting the world of work and provides incentives for the ecosystem to develop well.

Characteristics of the ecosystem:

• Promotes reasonable working conditions worldwide
• Creates incentives to create decent working conditions worldwide
• Collects information on the world of work (unemployment figures per country, important changes etc.)
• Writes information about the world of work
• Also advocates for fair and equitable treatment of all parties in the system.

Who are the participants on the ecosystem:

• Employers
• Employees

Where the ecosystem benefit from:

• The ecosystem gains from every active user regardless of whether company or worker!

What do users benefit from:

From a discount token model this can be used for purchases:

• Use services that serve to find personnel
• Continuing training, retraining
• Buy material for workers
• Companies demonstrate good working conditions and also get confirmed
• Certificates of higher education, training, study, school education.

The impact on end users:

• Great as they are rewarded to promote themselves and others, find new people or even apply.

This tokenecosystem helps us by collecting data, feedback from users, incentives for users,

to shape the world of work of tomorrow.

We all spend at least 3-15 hours at work so we can create better conditions for everyone.
