We’ll develop a P2P platform where DAOs will be able to set a transaction fee in ADA and collect this to help to fund their operations and at same time giving to some community members to participate in the engagement using an Affiliate program to deliver a small commission from trades using their links .

This platform will have an easy way of deployment and clear tutorials for configuration.

We want to make it as simple as possible, domain configuration and service operation.

In order to create a better experience we’ll hire a UI/UX Designer to deal with the need to develop something that could be used by any brand. 

On the configuration side we’ll develop a manager for quick setup and all authentication processes will be using Web3 to connect to Nami and Eternal initially.

We also think projects will help in the maintenance of this code, so we add an option for the admin to allow some lovelaces to be redirected to the team. 

The perfect exemple to illustrate the functionality we want to develop is the App Trading Tent, already deployed and used by our Community, but at this point the team publicly stated that don't have interest to make it OpenSource.

This proposal addresses the following Key Metrics:

• Amount of ADA coming from DAOs transaction fees after the solutions on this challenge get implemented 
• Number of DAO toolset/frameworks available for DAO Ops

Our proposal also addresses the following points suggested by the challenge:

• Additional not yet existing tools to give Cardano a distinct advantage

The only risk to deliver this project on time is the front-end and UI/UX Design, in order to mitigate this, we add an extra budget to deal with extra hiring.

Thiago Nunes - Technologist in Analysis and Systems Development, entrepreneur with experience in the creation of several companies related to software development, including games, mobile and web systems. His most recent and relevant experience is related to the Marketing and Digital Strategies segment. He is currently Cardano's ambassador in Brazil and operator of the Ouros stake pool and Director of Operations at Cardano Warriors.

Definitely. The creation of tools for DAOs is very important and this first project will be key for the team to spend more time thinking around governance and operational tools for DAOs.

We’ll integrate auditability tools created by the community, like the treasury guild to manage transactions and Dework to create a pipeline to track different stages of this project.

At same time, we want to effectively address the challenge, so our biggest KPI is adoption.

Our project will also align our milestones with the catalyst monthly reports, so every month report will be delivering the expected in the roadmap.

DAOs will have an extra option to keep their operation sustainable; users now have a tool they can use to trade and benefit a specific organization.

All this with the advantage of having it Open Source to our community.
