This is a proposal to help motivate users to contribute more knowledge to the website Wikicardano.io (a project funded by Fund8). This will speed up the speed of building the largest ever knowledge base of the Cardano Vietnam community.

WHAT IS THE PROBLEM

Build NFTs to function as membership cards. When the owner of that card contributes more and more value to the organization, he will enjoy more and more incentives from the organization and its affiliated partners.

This is an idea that no other CarThis proposal will help increase the number of knowledge contributors to the wikicardano.io and the Cardano ecosystem. Help the Cardano community grow.

This is a revolutionary initiative aimed at bringing blockchain to life, which the Cardano ecosystem aims for.

• Control the number of NFT mints for the first time.
• Apply for an additional $ 4,000 financing in case the price fluctuates.

We plan to implement this project in 6 months and split it into two phases.

Phase 01: 3-month plan

• Planning and assigning work
• Design NFT according to 06 levels: Silver, Gold, Platinum, Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond
• Write smart contracts
• Build interfaces to help users create NFT
• Build a system integrating NFT with Wikicardano.io
• Application development to get information from NFT and export information to partners.

Phase 02: The next 3-month plan

• Search and offer to cooperate with partners
• Try the NFT mint for 5 test users
• Launch for NFT mint users
• NFT holders can purchase discounted goods at partner stores and buy tokens for private rounds, publicly selling partner projects.
• Evaluate and measure the effectiveness.

(2). Cost of designing and programming the user interface to create an NFT: $ 50 * 10h = $ 5,000

(4). The Cost of building the application to help partners get the information from the NFT that the user owns: $ 50 * 15h = $ 7,500

If it is funded, I can come back to apply for it in the following rounds.

Because the application for the partner to retrieve membership information on the NFT is a separate application. I think this is not convenient for our partner yet. So we plan to integrate getting membership information on the NFT using a wallet. But that needs more advanced wallet technology.

With the experience of a manager and at the forefront of a business with 100 employees and many large projects. I am very confident that I will complete the project on schedule.

We schedule assignments and work items for our members daily and measure completion.

Let's say any of the members are performing behind schedule. I will prompt and find out the cause to resolve this issue.

We currently have only one project in progress, so the workload is not too large and comfortable.

[AUDITABILITY] What does success for this project look like?

I hope this project will pave the way for the application of blockchain in life. The first is to put NFT on Cardano into practice. Treat these NFTs like membership cards and whoever owns it can benefit from the cardano partners and projects we associate with. From there, there will be many similar projects that bring more applications of blockchain to life.

Our target

1. 20 NFTs generated by the user
2. 6 users will use NFT to make promotional purchases at the partners we associate with
3. 2 regular users

My goal is relatively low because the wikicardano project is under construction. So by the time, we finalized this proposal, very few wikicardano members had enough points to own the NFT.
