I want to use NFT technology to empower individuals to start using the blockchain in the real world. Using NFTs as memberships or ownership stake in a company that owns real world assets is my goal.

I started exploring the crypto space back in 2014. I have experience with mining, cloud mining, smart contracts, staking, NFTs, leverage day trading, community building and collaborations. I also have a keen eye for scammers in the space and know how to spot and avoid.

[IMPACT] Please describe your proposed solution.

I want to create a cNFT that grows the Cardano community by empowering investors to use the technology in real world use cases. There would be steps to this process as this is a startup. We would start with rental cars and move up to franchises and properties. The end goal is to create a chain of health and fitness clubs where ownership of an NFT grants you access to the clubs. There would also be a tracking software that allows the members of the club to earn $ADA rewards for positive progress such as # of monthly visits, miles walked/ran on treadmills etc. Memberships would be lifetime and can be bought and sold on secondary markets. Classes and personal training sessions could be paid for in crypto. This is assuming the feds pass the new goods and services laws that treat crypto as a currency for smaller transactions as opposed to a commodity which triggers the taxable event for the user. I believe this will pass as many are on board with this idea.

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

Properties and cars for rental can be purchased all over the world growing the community awareness in places such as east Asia as well as in North America and other places where adoptions is targeted. The owners of the NFTs that will be getting involved might not be involved with crypto to start but with an idea like this, it may attract more users to the space. With my experience in marketing I believe I can target demographics in areas that will attract new users to the Cardano blockchain.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

The tax and legal implications of this business are going to be the most important things to navigate to make sure we are set up correctly. I have already been in contact with accountants and legal and we believe there are a few ways this can be accomplished to be in compliance. Some of the funding from the grant money that I am seeking will go towards making sure the legal and tax implications are going to be sustainable to move this project forward long term.

[FEASIBILITY] Please provide a detailed plan, including timeline and key milestones for delivering your proposal.

I have a timeline of the plan in the attachment I provided. It will take some time to build up so that we have enough assets for the main goal which is the health and fitness chain that works directly with the block chain and NFT tech. The stages of the rental car phase, to the franchise and property acquisition phase can all happen fairly quick to start generating revenue for future projects. These smaller goals will also help build trust with the community members that will be a part of making the end goal able to be accomplished.

Mark Suchevits(Myself) - Over 8 years of experience in the crypto space. Professional in the commercial wholesale insurance business for 10 years. Will be the project manager, director and CEO.

TBD-Community Manager and Admin for Social Media direct communication with community. I will take on this role myself until I find someone that can fill the role.

Members I have met in the cNFT community have all offered to assist with the project in exchange for WL roles.

I should not need additional funding as the project will be self sustaining after the launch of the NFTs.

[AUDITABILITY] Please describe what you will measure to track your project's progress, and how will you measure these?

In the beginning, we will be tracking where are community members are coming from using metatags in the discord server.

We will be tracking followers on twitter and server member count throughout the beginning stages.

We will track sales of initial NFTs as well as secondary market sales which will be driven by a game that is created to earn rewards and prizes for owning certain NFTs. This is important as the project will earn 5 % royalties on aftermarket transactions.

Success will be when we can launch our health and fitness club chain that is fully functional with cNFTs as memberships and tracking as well as accepting $ADA for services offered in the clubs.

This is the first time I have presented my idea to Catalyst.
