The team will feature a journalist, blockchain cryptocurrency content editor, videomarker & presenter. Conceived by CardanoFeed team, the largest media specialized in Cardano coverage. We already have over 800+ projects in the Cardano Ecosystem https://ecosystem.cardanofeed.com

We will do 100 live interviews with TOP projects on Cardano Blockchain.

The selection of projects will be carried out through open voting by the community, projects with the most engaged community and votes cast will be invited to participate in the interviews.

The duration of the interviews will be an average of 30 minutes, in the English language, carried out live in real time with the participation of the community through the YouTube chat.

More than 50 hours of content will be produced from interviews with projects in the Cardano ecosystem. More than 20 different categories will be covered in the First Season of the interviews including: COMMUNITY, DATA, DEFI, EDUCATION, EXCHANGES (DEX), GAMBLING, GAMING, IDENTITY / KYC, INFRASTRUCTURE, LAUNCHPAD, LENDING, MARKETPLACES, MEME COINS, METAVERSE, NFT, ORACLE, PAYMENT, POOL, STABLECOIN AND WALLETS.

The interviews will be broadcast on the YouTube channel and published on various social networks such as Twitter, Telegram and Reddit, reaching more than 100 thousand users.

The videos will also be published within the project page on Ecosystem Cardano (https://ecosystem.cardanofeed.com/), directory of over 800+ Cardano projects with lots of additional information.

Our purpose will be to bring relevant content and information about the projects developed within the Cardano ecosystem in a friendly way. We will avoid taking too technical terms, bringing the solutions and applications to anyone who wants to delve deeper into the solutions presented through live video interviews.

Content curation, production of quality video interviews, a source of unbiased and factual information, freely available to users, whether or not they are in the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, and also to the Cardano community.

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Please provide a short summary of the main challenges or risks and your strategy to mitigate them?

The main challenge is to make the team of project founders speak in a friendly way to users, and our goal is to conduct the interview without technical terms, thus facilitating the understanding of anyone and not just those who understand cryptocurrencies and blockchain.

We will try to get the project founders and marketing team to show the face behind the project, who are the real people who are developing the product.

The interviews will be conducted online with the real-time participation of users in the chat, asking questions and interacting with the content of the presentation and with the interviewees.

We will use tools that reduce recording, production and editing costs, without compromising the quality of audio/video and online transmission.

Success for this project can be defined mainly in two blocks:

• We will use Youtube reports to ensure the veracity of information, engagement and project success.
• Community engagement on social networks (Youtube, Twitter, Telegram and Reddit).
• Visualization of the interviews, in this way we will be able to deliver the main purpose of this project which is to bring relevant content in a user-friendly way.
