Tokenlist want to build a marketplace for developers working on Cardano

For younger developers who needs support of senior developers to find senior developers.

For project managers in corporates, enterprises and startups to hire senior freelance developers on hourly basis.

First time developers might need some form of support from Sr Developers on Haskell to expedite and validate the development.

Closest place to get a paid short term support for project managers and young developer is social media like twitter, reddit, telegram etc

We want to be the central repository to get details about a Sr Developers willing to support young developers and project managers, startups or corporates. We want to help in discovery, scheduling of meeting and carrying out the payment to streamline end to end process.

Developer list is repository were you can find experienced developers who work on Cardano ecosystem. (especially Haskell)

It has 3 major areas

1. Developer Profile
2. Scheduling and Payment Services (in Cardano)
3. Feedback and Rating system

Developer Profile

It includes his hourly rates, Linkedin, GitLab, Previous projects he had done, Youtube links and other optional details (like, name, age, email, phone number, telegram ID etc).

Payment Services

It enables scheduling a listed developers time and managing the payment for the time he has committed.

Feedback and Rating System

This is to rate and provide an open feedback on a developer after completing the payment.

[IMPACT] Please describe how your proposed solution will address the Challenge that you have submitted it in.

• By solving the challenges faced by project managers and young developers, we are solving the KPI of the challenge .

• From a mentors perspective (Sr developer) there will be lot of community member who might want want to support new generation of developers. This a platform to enable that earning a small compensation

[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?

Risk: Convincing senior developers with Haskell experience to engage with enterprises/startups and students on a very low pay/hourly rates.

Mitigation: Over a period of time we expect the beneficiaries to volunteer. We will be also promoting our developers to volunteer

Risk: Getting startups, enterprises and students to work on cardano.

Mitigation: In the initial days we personally know few people who is interested to work on Cardano. In the long term we feel some online media presence can get us the visibility. We had prior knowledge in getting media presence and how it help in building the marketplace.

• There will be timely reports which will be submitted
• APIs will be updated in the API document once it is pushed to staging/production server
