Community Workshop&Travel to France
Problem
Building longstanding relationships and collaborations can be a lot of work. Sometimes it is difficult to get a good sense of community members and the way they work.
Solution
I propose an annual "In Real Life" Working Workshop for all Cardano members in Paris, France and neighboring regions.
My solution is to host a week long guided visit to Paris and host said Workshop.

10 years of event coordination in Paris for international communities (AUP). Former Student Advisor, event producer, Parisian Busker, French Server and Cook, Prisian tour guide, and current Cardano "Human Catalyst". OG founder and/or contributor to ADAO and RARE.FINANCE.

Organizing one week of events and memories for all who would like to participate. Aim is to speed up relationships and community collaborations.

An ongoing working Workshop. The proposal will yield new ideas and bolster old ones. Connecting Members is a solution to strengthening Cardano. Paris is the City of Light ie the City of the Enlightenment and a great place for mini symposiums.
[IMPACT] What are the main risks that could prevent you from delivering the project successfully and please explain how you will mitigate each risk?
Little risk aside from basic travel hiccups. Proper planning will mitigate travel risks. My plan is to keep refining the project.

Book venue for Working workshop (potentially at the American University of Paris) 2 days

Summer of 2023
Day one - settle into accommodation
Day two - Workshop plus Happy Hour with French Organic Wine Specialist. (Herve from L'Etiquette on Ile Saint Louis)
Day three - Workshop and Dinner with for all on trip and for anyone else who can make it.
Day four - Paris Excursions and Lunch (local exhibits in museums, art shows, music events, guided walking tour
Day five and six - two nights off the Northern French Coast TBD (something different than Paris.
Day seven - Return everyone safely to Plane or train.

That depends of budget and this idea taking off.. any excess funds will be placed in Treasury Travel Fund - Staked and operated with RoundTable powered by Adao. (not and ADAO proposal- just using their tech)
