If we want to make it easy and fast for dApps and other projects to expand or completely move from Ethereum to Cardano, we have to build this process through educational and informative content.
Increase circulation of strategic content about EVMs on Cardano, as well as curate and translate other relevant content related to the topic.
This is the total amount allocated to Cardano EVM Education Concierge.
This proposal aims to boost the circulation of content related to EVM and Cardano, as the possibility of deploying Solidity contracts in a Cardano EVM sidechain is still little known.
We can achieve this goal by curating content and translating it into other languages, as most of the information being presented in search engines is in English.
We will deliver content in 3 languages simultaneously: English, Portuguese, and Spanish. At the same time, we’ll identify content with high demand around the issue of EVM deployment, as well as other opportunities to point out Cardano's EVM (Milkomeda or Mamba) as an alternative and as a gateway to the ecosystem.
Our proposal also has an outreach incursion that aims to target influencers who are authority in the development of software in these respective languages. We’ll tag the translated content in their publications, thus increasing the reach and relevance of each piece.
The contents will highlight our strengths, such as community support and the possibility of implementation through proposals on Catalyst.
To achieve such results, we will create some social media accounts (such as Twitter and Medium) for content distribution and outreach.
The challenge raises the question on how we could make it easy for dApps and other projects to expand or move from Ethereum to Cardano. But there is a problem: the challenge assumes that these DApps and projects are aware of this possibility.
As the challenge also proposes, to welcoming projects to Cardano, we need proper material and distribution channels to reach these goals.
Our proposal wants to address the communication problem of this challenge, creating strategic content to grasp organic search and spreading this content in 3 languages.
With our content strategy, we believe that our proposal is capable of reaching the main goal of this challenge: to make it easy for projects to deploy in the Cardano EVM ecosystem.
Risk
The initial results were low.
Solution
We plan to address engagement targeting specific communities that use EVM. We'll try to understand if it's possible to share our content in their main channels.
Risk
Not being well perceived by others communities because of maximalism.
Solution
In this case we’ll have to adapt the narrative in the next articles for a specific community.
Risk
Possibility that the Cardano community related to the EVM ecosystem has few relevant articles that can be curated and fit into some conversion strategy.
Solution
We’ll redirect the work reserved for curation to create more strategic articles for the ecosystem.

Definitely. The creation of educational content is a non-stop activity, and, as the Cardano dev community grows, more content will be needed for nurturing the existing participants and for attracting new members.
We will integrate auditability tools created by the community, such as the treasury guild (to manage transactions and record it in an open manner), and Dework (to create a pipeline to track different stages and tasks of this project).
This will be our monthly content delivery:
We expect to have insights to share about the articles 30 days after publication, which will be close to the Catalyst monthly reports where they will be included.
To comply with the audit of Catalyst reports, this project will not be tracked by hours, but by monthly milestones.
In order to provide an easy way for the community to audit this project, we’ll establish a gitbook and provide its link in the Catalyst monthly reports.
Content KPI
Project KPI will follow our monthly report with the estimated production expected in the roadmap.
This proposal is an entirely new one.
