Challenge Teams Process Updates

Iterations to Challenge teams- We have taken Onboarding, Proof of Life, Collaboration, Teambuilding to new levels within our team.

Effective Challenge teams will provide

• Outreach and help to new proposers.
• Critique new proposals before CA Assessments
• POL Funded proposer

Challenge teams will vary in workloads depending on depth of the submissions. It is important to have a proportionate team to the Challenge scale.

To measure the Teams performance:

• Challenge Setting Town hall video presentation
• Effective outreach/encouragement to new proposers that meet Challenge
• Steering proposers/teams to proper Challenge Category
• Early feedback to help projects meet goals
• Networking and POL with all funded proposals of Challenge
• Open communication to Teams and funded proposals.

This Challenge is to better define the Roles of the Challenge teams.

• Outline Checkmarks for meeting goals.
• Create collaboration environments between similar proposers.
• Funding the Challenge teams for continuing support.
• Increase Participation and Involvements.
• Setting Goals and Identifying Synergy

Challenge amounts should only be proposed in increments of 25K ₳. Other amounts not in these increments will be rounded up. E.g. 27,500₳ will be rounded up to 50,000₳.
