SPOs play a crucial role in the Cardano Ecosystem. A Catalyst Challenge would incentivize the building of SPO based Projects on Cardano

Kicking off Community based solutions to build SPO Tools & Platforms, to offer Services, Events, and Research

At the end of this challenge we will ask ourselves: Did we manage to make it easier for SPO Projects and developers to build on top of Cardano?

• Filling in the gaps defined in the exploration stage.
• Number of SPO Projects actively building on top of Cardano
• Defined solutions to issues in the SPO ecosystem
• The number of repos on Github using the tooling. (Month over month increase)
• A sense of community and conversations. Having people around to talk and connect with.
• Number of new Cardano SPO related initiatives submitted as proposals in Catalyst

• Developing SPO Certification standards
• Developing Platforms and Marketplaces
• Developing SPO Standards
• Proposing and actively developing SPO related CIPs
• Change existing tools to support and adopt new standards
• Organizing Community Events with a focus on SPO
• Providing services that help increase the Communication, Coordination, and Collaboration between SPO projects and initiatives
• Academic research and analytics on topics related to SPOs or SPO tooling
• Investigating or developing new use cases for SPO technology

The SPO community and ecosystem are vibrant and crucial parts of the Cardano ecosystem.

In past funding rounds, the needs of the SPO Ecosystem were not adequately represented by Project Catalyst challenges. By introducing this challenge we aim to take the first major step in connecting the SPO community to Project Catalyst by creating a space where SPO-related ideas and experiments can be born.

The Original Submitters also commit to take charge of running the Challenge Team, if the Challenge will be voted

Challenge amounts should only be proposed in increments of 25K ₳. Other amounts not in these increments will be rounded up. E.g. 27,500₳ will be rounded up to 50,000₳.
