- The more we learn about Cardano in Japan, the more we want to share it.

- Japanese speaking audiences in Japan.
How our project will be implemented:
- We will establish a homepage for Japanese news and content relating to Cardano in Japan.
- We will establish SNS channels for Japanese news and content relating to Cardano in Japan.
What we will produce:
- We will create a Japanese language online hub for fans of Cardano and Japan to consume informative and entertaining content.
What will happen:
- The Japanese Cardano Community, along with their respective projects, will be able to grow their audience in Japan.

As newcomers to Catalyst just a few short months ago - we've been greatly excited by and impressed with the activities of the community here in Japan.
Having now become community members ourselves, we want to support the existing and ongoing efforts by garnering as much awareness for them as possible.

Here in Japan, public perception and its nuances play a major part in business, politics, and everyday life.
There may be participants in the project for whom appearance and reputation becomes a concern.
Therefore, we may encounter challenges relating to the disclosure of information and/or identities.

1st Month
Perform an inventory of existing Japanese language cardano content
Perform an audit of existing web traffic ( SEO, SNS )
Purchase a domain, server, and establish a homepage

Populating the homepage with ( Japanese ) content
3rd Month
Promoting the content through SNS, SEO, newsletters, and other online ( Japanese ) media channels
